I've been toying around with buying this product for a while and I'm so glad I did! It's so easy to use and so simple to just zip and go! Makes my mornings way better and keeps my bed cleaner with two big dogs! Highly recommend this product!

Poor Quality and Worse Customer Service.

I ordered the Aiden Luxe twin set. The black stitching design came out after the first wash in the pillow and blanket. I couldn't get a replacement or refund because it had been over 14 days. The best they could do was a gift card for 75% of the purchase price and a 20% off coupon. It will cost me over $100 to order a replacement set after sales tax and shipping. After looking at reviews, several other customers had the same problem with stitch coming out. The tiered warranty program isn't sufficient when the product is poorly designed and doesn't last.
The Aiden set is poor quality, do not recommend.

Ripped seam of the zippers came off on my twin set. I spent over $475 for two, the pink with mink and the grey with mink. I let the company know and they specifically said sorry can't help it's passed warranty but here's a 20% discount to buy and risk another one ripping. Like all the you tubers they offer this same 20% so it was truly no favor of theirs to offer me. Second the tip of the seam from the zippers this is not a washing or kid doing, it's a manufacturing issue. The stitch did not hold while trying to zip it. I'm so sad that they can't help me. I can't afford to buy another one and was really having faith they would make it right and they did not.

We were really excited to get our Beddy set.We purchased a set for a guest room, so rarely used. We have had them less than 45 days and washed twice (following their wash instructions). All of the stitching is ripping out, the ENTIRE comforter is like this. Customer service is refusing a refund as it is outside of the 14 day return window. For a $500 bedding set that they market for kids rooms, I would expect it to hold up longer than 45 days.

Material RIPS, Don't buy on Amazon

We loved the concept of the set as we are currently traveling in our RV full time & have close quarters, but the fact that I have had to patch the top of the comforter 3 times in less than 4 months is really disheartening. The materials tears too easily. I have never experienced this with any other comforter. I reached out to Beddy's but they will not stand behind their product when it is sold thru their Amazon store. "Their hands are tied" Apparently quality control is different depending on where you buy the item. I was not even offered a discount on a future purchase (as many folks here have indicated). I purchased the unit for $289 on Feb 14,2022 thru Amazon because the shipping was quicker and we were relocating sooner than Beddy's could ship. Buyer beware, the concept is great, but the quality is very poor.

You have to wash it all as the sheets are built in which I understand but the should zip or snap in do they can be removed for easy washing.
I had two sheets sewed together and pinned them at the bottom and just folded them inside and unpin them for washing. Problem solved.
Beddy, make it better!

I am so sorry for any confusion made when ordering your Beddy's. Beddy's is an all in one system. The sheet is a regular sheet that fits onto the mattress like a fitted sheet, but with a zipper sewn on to connect to the comforter. The comforter is connected to the sheet with two zippers on each side, and can be completely disconnected at the foot of the bed for easy washing. We do appreciate your feedback and will forward it to our design team.

Unfortunately disappointed

We were so happy to get our beddys for our boys, sad to say not even a year later and the fabric is coming separated from the zipper. I contacted beddys and I was given a gift card but it is only for 75% of my purchase price which is not enough to purchase another one, pretty disappointing after the price we paid! I don't think based on the price and the quality with a warranty that does not cover a replacement that they are worth it. Do not buy, you will be disappointed like me.

It shrinks!

The website says that this bedding set will fit a mattress up to 15 inches. My mattress is 12 inches, and after one wash this set is 3 inches too short on both sides. It looks awful. I washed in cold water, but it shrunk! The Beddy's idea is genius, but the execution is just not there. If your mattress is a European 8 or 9 inches, you will be so pleased. Everyone else... beware. It WILL shrink.

I bought a queen size set that kept shrinking every time I washed it. I contacted the company they said I must have gotten a defective set. They to, d me they stand by their products and sent me a gift card for 75% of the purchase value instead of sending me a new set. They wanted me to spend another 25%, hunch is a no for me. Basically they stand behind the products but not fully.

Disappointed
April 12, 2022

I purchased a beddy for our spare room in feb of 21. I have MAYBE washed it 5 times as this room is in our basement and hardly ever slept on. There are already holes popping up in the bottom sheet. Super disappointed as this thing is like NEW. Was only offered a discount code of 25% to purchase a new one. Sadly I will never purchase one again and they are so expensive and don't hold up

I actually don't have a complaint about the product itself, however I haven't had it that long. My issue is the return policy. I've actually never purchased a product that only gives you 14 days upon delivery. So this is my fault for not realizing this as I can see it's on their website.
That being said, I am a little shocked at the lack of customer care. The representatives are very kind and responsive, however there is a lack at helping to resolve the issue. When you get right down to it, the product is a glorified sleeping bag, but it checks off a big issue for me which is the ease it gives in making a bed. I mistakenly purchased the minky version of this bedding, we live in FL and it's too hot for my little one so I wanted to exchange it for the cloth/cotton version. I was told that I was outside the 14 day window where they except returns.
Shocked at the small window of time I did let them know that I was traveling most of the month so that 14 day window basically gave me a handful of days to test the product. They came back to me with the same statement, that I was outside the window.
So my issue isn't that they didn't allow me to exchange, I get it, it's a smaller biz and it's probably a lower profit margin and if they took everything back they wouldn't make any money. My shock is the lack of care about my disappointment.
As I mentioned this is a very expensive bedding, the least they could do would be to extend a way to purchase the set that we want at a discounted rate knowing that we now have a set that will go unused. Something that would make the unhappy first-time customer someone who would represent the company to their friends and family for additional purchases.
Unfortunately no, there wasn't any other help other than, 'I'm sorry that's our policy'. I own a small business, I know how important it is to extend good customer service even outside 'policies'. So this business left a sour taste in my mouth. I don't believe I'll be buying again now that I've researched the longevity these products have and the "tiered" warranty system they've put in place. I just expected more

My son has had his Beddys for two years. It fits nicely on a top bunk. Still difficult to put on the fitted part. It faded after a couple of washes (yes I followed the directions). Two years later, he has a two foot tear near the zipper seam and Beddys refuses to replace it. This is clearly a manufacturer defect as I've seen this happen on other reviews. This isn't normal wear and tear. My other sons have PBTeen bedding. It's 12 years old and washed constantly and still looks great. Not to mention, I'm pretty grossed out by Beddys rules for washing (or not washing) the bedding because too much washing tends to wear the fabric.
The company offered me a 25% off coupon which is useless because I'll never burn my money with them ever again. Beddys don't last and they won't stand behind their product. Skip the Beddys and put your money into actual quality bedding.

Beddy's invests heavily in marketing its products - you'll see glowing reviews everywhere. However,
The bedding quality is extremely poor. Expect your bedding to last less than 2 years before ripping. Do NOT throw away your money on this. So disappointing.

Not worth it

We have bought 7 beddys for our home and rv. Last ones we bought are the Goldie's and within 8 months they had faded and there was a tear along zipper. Then our other full size beddys has holes in it and sheet is torn. I have contacted for first one they offered 50 percent off for twin one within that time and now for twin one they are offering 25 percent. So wrong for the price tney are 299 for full size to not be able to elect it to last longer than 8 months. Not quality products. We don't wash it often due to this reason imagine if we did.

Made in China poly-synthetic

While I love the concept, given the price point and how much money they've already raked in, I would feel a lot better purchasing from them if the moved their manufacturing to the USA (from China). Also, the minky is made of polyester and the "all cotton" is deceptive because there's still polyester in it. Poly synthetic fabrics have been shown to disrupt hormone levels in kids and are not great for kids with eczema (you can look this up), so I feel like this is another area where I just don't agree with their business practices. Feels a bit like they're putting greed/profit margins ahead of customer well-being & the domestic economy, with no thought given to minimizing the environmental impact…. Come on Beddy's! You can definitely up your game and be a more conscientious company.

While it is true that our interior Minky is made of polyester and the filling in the comforter is also polyester, our sheets are 100% cotton and the comforter shell is also 100% cotton. Unfortunately the fluffy soft material of the Minky fabric is polyester and we just aren't able to get that plush velvety feel with 100% cotton. We do offer an All Cotton option without the Minky and then the only polyester would be the fill between the 100% cotton sheet lining and the outer 100% cotton comforter. This fill is what adds the fluff to the Beddy's set.

At first we loved our Beddys set, but over time holes started appearing all over the bottom sheet and then eventually the sides of the pillows and top of the sheet. I wanted to love these, but the quality just isn't there for a product at this price point.

I contacted customer service and they did offer 25% off a new set, but why would I purchase another set just to have this problem again two years down the road. I think they either need to lower the price point to reflect the quality and expectations, or offer a money back guarantee (they currently do not after the 14 day period).

I also was mistaken when I thought these were American made, they manufacture in China (not a crime just something that I didn't know) and the quality control just isn't there. This whole purchase was disappointing and we ended up tossing out our set. We have just two people in our home with one pet, I would NOT recommend these for high traffic homes with kids or Airbnbs like they advertise.

All Beddy's sets are made in China in a factory that is highly regulated. We are in frequent contact with our employees there to oversee the quality and conditions.

Junk Bedding Set
December 10, 2021

I purchased a King set of Beddys approximately 6 mos ago. These are very expensive sheets. You can see from photos how they have held up. When I contacted Beddys I was told it wasn't an issue with the quality and I should sew or patch the holes. But as a good customer service gesture they were giving me 50% off another set. I am so disappointed in this set. Don't waste your money.

I am so disappointed and regret my purchase from Beddy's. I wish I had seen the reviews on here before I ordered from them. Most, if not all, of the reviews on Beddy's website seemed positive which influenced my decision to buy from them but now I know why. It has been less than four months since I placed my ordered with Beddy's and I am no longer able to write a product review on their site.

I placed an order on 6/22/21 and by the first week in October 2021 I noticed a hole in my son's bedding. I reached out to them via email asking for a replacement or a refund and the best they could do was offer me 75% of my original cost in the form of a store gift card. The Beddy I purchased has been discontinued and to buy a similar replacement currently costs $319 on their site which is almost double what I originally paid.

When I emailed Beddy's I mentioned that I had only washed my son's bedding 2-3 times since purchasing it so I was surprised to find a hole in it after the most recent wash. Their response was:

We typically see this issue when the sheet is snagged from getting stuck in the zipper. Generally it starts off very small and almost unnoticeable and then spreads very quickly with washing and use. We don't consider this a manufacturing defect, but I spoke with the owners, and they have agreed to treat it as such this time.

I replied and explained to them that the hole was at the foot of the bedding where my son's feet do not reach and that my son never unzips his bed all the way to that area. I also explained to them I had been the one that put my son's bedding back onto his bed after each wash and was confident this tear was not due to a zipper snag. I told them while I appreciated the offer of a store gift card, I could not justify spending a lot on another bedding set for it to only last a few months and asked if they would refund to my credit card instead. Their next response was:

We have also seen this happen when the zipper has been pressed against a spot during the wash or dry cycle causing a small tear to form that can grow quickly unless it is patched or repaired.

Unfortunately, per the policy posted on our website we are not able to refund anything after 90 days. I am very sorry we are not able to accommodate this request.

I have washed many sleeping bags, jackets, clothes, etc. with zippers on them without issues such as this. I expect small holes to form in a cheap t-shirt; not in expensive bedding.

Don't waste your money on Beddy's. Apparently, they only guarantee their product for 90 days and do not stand behind their product. I have purchased cheap bedding from other stores that have lasted much longer (years in fact) than this. You would be much better off buying bedding from someplace other than Beddy's.

Customer Experience Not the Best

We recently acquired two new foster daughters and purchased Beddy covers and accessories for some bunk beds we had to get out of the attic which took us a little over a week to do. Processing a return is VERY problematic, there is no customer service number... only online and then it tells you that your're a couple of days late and "ineligible" to return. I just need to exchange for a size that will fit. Now it seems like I'm getting stuck with a very expensive zipper bag that I cannot use. While I'd like to purchase the right size - I feel it's the principal of the thing - Beddy's should allow exchange for a standard minimum of 30 days (and best practice would be 90 days). I'm not asking for a refund. Just a product I can actually use.
