Bought expensive seat covers. 1 had big cut about 3 inches long. Customer Service said they would give me $14. I paid over $250.00. Very sad, they were good covers. They will not make it right.
I ordered from their website bedding set for about 400$ and they screwed up on my order. I contacted Customer Service, but they don't help at all! THIS order turned into A NIGHTMARE for me! 1) After you place an order, you are unable to see the STATUS, cancel, dispute it or track the order. I addressed this issue to their customer support - nothing was done. They COMPLETELY IGNORE! 2) Out of ALL 8 items, I received ONLY 1 item so far. AND On the website it says that IT'S COTTON! I was shocked- IT IS 100% SYNTHETIC MATERIAL! I contacted Customer support and they said that they will send replacement. I mentioned that I already paid CUSTOMS on it ($30+), and I don't want to keep paying just customs as THEY SENT WRONG STUFF! They said that it's NOT THEIR FAULT - our Government charges those fees. Well... REALLY? Government doesn't know if it's the wrong stuff coming! 4) 5 items they sent VIA DHL and provided them with WRONG phone number. DHL was not able to contact me and destroyed the package! Now they are saying:"Pay AGAIN and we will send you again! We cannot control WHAT DHL does! Really? Who gave DHL WRONG INFORMATION? I paid for my stuff and shipping cost - and they supposed to be confirming and making sure I get that. They sent a couple of emails (I never check that email, cause I use it to register on websites and it has so much junk). If DHL contacted them, why couldn't confirm my information to make sure I get notified properly? Do I have to do Customer Service job?
I waited over 5 weeks to get my seat covers and they did not fit. I was told I would have to pay return shipping cost. I paid $154.00 for them and the return postage was going to be over $200.00. Duh! This company thinks they can do anything to you because they are in China and you can't get at them. Scumbags. By Joel Parker
I ordered royal blue seat covers and they sent navy blue. I asked them to refund my money and they said we will refund your money less the cost to ship them back, AND the cost we incurred shipping them to you! Well, that's $150 and I paid $185. Then they offered me $20 and then $25 in the next email when I kept complaining... sigh. My question is, why should I have to be the one out the money for their mistake? Buyer BEWARE! See pics and see who you think is responsible for this.

They will not stop e-mailing me even though I have asked several times to be removed from their mailing list. They claim they can't do that! I have never heard of such a thing, isn't that considered harrassment?
I ordered seat covers for my 4 door 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited in May and received them in late August. The driver's seat cover had a blue stain that wouldn't come out. The rear seat cover they sent did not fit my Jeep. They sent a rear seat cover for a rear bench seat. My Jeep has the 60/40 rear split seat. I even verified this with them. I've emailed their customer service (through the website) several times. They are in China so it takes them several days to respond back. They acknowledged that it was their fault, but they want to send me a replacement set and want me to pay half! Or I can re-order a new set at a discount! All I want is for them to send me the correct rear seat cover... will update when I get a final answer. SO far it has been very frustrating.

The first photo is what i wanted. The second is what i got. Not worth spending your money on. I waited five months for these custom seat covers. I got mine luckily but half the people don't.
I ordered some seat cover from those ppl. And it s been 2 months, never receive anything. I emailed customer service few weeks ago, no answer. This is a scam, those ppl should be reported and put behind bars. And now their system is telling that my order number is wrong. Smh!

This is the biggest rip off. These people are scammers. I orded car seat covers in early May and they never showed... 180.00 of my hard earned money gone and they do not answer emails... I will never order anything from overseas again... and I thought I was making a purchase from Poland but its China! They are the worst! Never again... don't waste your money on this or any other Chinese site.
I placed an order in June finally got a tracking # in July it is now August and no sign or movements of the package traveling to the US all I get from them is an automated x4 or 5 email response sorry please be patient. I have filled a claim with PayPal waiting for results.
I placed a $499.00 order in the early part of May 2020, for a Mother's day gift toy wife, today is July 28th, 2020 and I haven't received my packages that I ordered. I keep sending emails and correspondences to the compan both on their site and my email, and all they keep telling me is to be more patient that items have been shipped. They also only wanted to reimburse or credit me $15.00 totally unacceptable. I work for FedEx and I understand that COVID 19 has affected alot of people, however I have yet to get my things while delivering other people theirs. The. Customer service with this company totally sucks and is unprofessional. If you can help it buy from some where else please. Seat covers and a car trunk organizers really?! I have made several attempts to work this out with the company and will be contacting my local bank and telling them what has transpired for a full refund ASAP.

Ive tried numerous times to get ahold of someone but was unsuccessful... The Quality of customer care is a joke and their service is Fraud... I honestly don't know how they are in business still!
