I order some Christmas decorations I placed the order on: 11-19-2019 10:41:09 and never received it. Couldn't get responses from the company other than to look at the tracking. The tracking information is in chinese and doesn't reflect reality. It says my order it has been in shipping for over 2 weeks. It is a direct chinese company with with limited customer support abilities and apparently extreme long shipping practices ( i've been waiting a month 12/13/2019) processes.

This bedding set is exactly what I wanted. It's elegant, high quality, and is just right for spring, summer, and fall. This is a quilted bedspread that would last long. It is wonderfully luxurious and soft to lie on. Best quilted bedspread I've bought.
This company is a scam. They try to get you to drop the PayPal dispute and will not Refund your money nor will you receive you items purchased. Stay away from them. All positive reviews are Fake!
The site stated these car seats were leather. However they were extremely overpriced cotton batting covered in synthetic "fur". It all ripped apart the first day. They never responded to my inquiry for a refund or replacement.
I ordered seat covers for my Daughter on 9-28-19 I as of yet to get them. I never heard a word until I tried to cancel order on 10-19-19 then they sent me an e-mail stating sorry for delay it had been shipped. I explained my daughters birthday party is on 10-26-19 and I had too get another gift. They refused too give me my money back or give me a date it would arrive. My advice stick too amazon I got her another gift got in 3 days, Also you can only communicate through e-mail no phone number. All you get from them is were sorry.
All positive reviews are fake, same grammar mistakes as in their customer service emails... they trick you into closing a paypal dispute, before issuing a refund
Buyers Beware! This company said they would refund my money several days later no refund. I opened a case with PayPal and company asked me to close the case so they can refund me the money... I spoke with PayPal on the phone and they strongly advised against closing my case. PayPal has sent this company an email on how they need to refund my money in resolution center... this company still trying to ask me to close my case to release my money to them so they can issue refund... PayPal said if I close my Case the money would be released to this company and PayPal wouldn't guarantee my refund... So Buyer's Beware with this company!
Don't buy from this company. Look out at all the reviews and consumers' complaints about them you won't believe it! Looks like they ripped off tens of thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) of consumers. BeddingInn should be banned for life from selling over the Internet!
Find items that were not at all as described they were not willing to give my money back or give me a refund initially when first contacted them they got ahold of me quickly but when I told them I will only accept a refund they went ghost on me. Do not buy from them.

Purchased a shirt 3xl and it came so small 10 yr old would have trouble fitting into. Cust serv said i pay to ship back and Said this was largest size they. L rip people off do not purchase anything from them i hope this reveiw will help others

I ordered seat covers, paid 356$ in all, specifically told them make sure the item is correct, i even sent photos of my own car, nevertheless they sent the wrong seat covers, I tried to call them... I CANT unless I pay, 65 bucks to call overseas... I KEEP asking if I have confirmation to return the item, I have all original packaging. They won't call me, half email me back, I'm so upset. So save yourself and do research DO NOT BUY HERE!
They say up to 8 days for processing and then up to 10 days for shipping. I am on day 16 and my order just finally showed up on the tracking system... still in CHINA! Well how is my order going to get to Washington from China in 2 days! Their customer support gives you blanket emails back and never actually tries to help you at all. I will never order from there again.

I am making my first order today but was so amazed at the help I got to help me decide what was best for me, and to get the knowledge I needed to makesure I knew exactually what I was getting.
We placed an order in early February for a custom gift from this place. They took my payment the next business day. Here it is May 3rd still haven't received the product. Contacted them several times and all they will email back is: it takes 4-7 days for production. Well its know been 50 plus days and still nothing. I've asked for tracking numbers, someone to contact me... nothing. They did send an email asking if they could refund a portion of my payment. Why would I do that? I want all my money back or the product. I would advise and consumer NOT to order form this company, unless you like throughing your money away on nothing!
Ordered floor mats for my car that they claimed should fit perfectly. Well they didn't fit at all, one part pushes up against the gas pedal and theres a random flap that comes out the side in the way of the door closing. I notified them the same day it was delivered and received a generic email back. Sent them an email back a few times im the couple following days from then telling them I just want an address & directions where to send products back & get my money refunded. That was over a month ago and still have not had any response or refund. Just the same one of that they're checking into it. I said I was very upset & just wanted to return & get my money back and they must just have an automated response system. The mats didn't even come in good packaging, they were all bent up, creased, and had foot prints on them.
