Listen, don't be jerked around by other companies wanting to over charge you for what you want. Troy went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct fit for my 73 Bronco. When you customize a vehicle, don't let the wrong person sale you something you don't need. BB Wheels helped me be sure I was buying the right wheels and tires & guess what, they also had the best price. No, I'm not getting paid to say this, but I would take a T-shirt if it accidently appeared in my mailbox. Stay muddy folks!

Once the order was placed, the fitment specialist called to verify the offset because it was for a custom vehicle. Once the wheels came in I had a small issue with one of them, Sarah took care of it. Great customer service!

I'm a 100% disabled Veteran who gets just enough to live on and to help his wife pay or bills and make rent here in California. Since this hard working woman needs her vehicle to get to work, and she drives 1 1/2 hours each way, her tires are very important and thanks to BB Wheels i was able to afford a great set of new tires! My old tires had aged out and needed to be replaced before our upcoming trip in two weeks. Nothing was available locally in the Seattle area so I found BB Wheels on the internet. They had availability and at a great price. I ordered around noon on Wednesday and the following Friday evening they at my house! I couldn't be happier... Thank You BB Wheels!

I ordered Michelin tires to replace 2 existing worn tires. Same model tires arrived, and I'm no expert but the tires created road noise equal to off-road truck tire noise. My honda accord is a sports car and the tires I had ordered from Sam's Club(same model exactly) made no noise at all. I read that since they are mounted they can not be returned. It may also be a clue that the tires appear to just be thrown onto my doorstep, but with no apparent defects and 2 wheel alignments and balances, I'm suspecting that these tires are seconds and not the preferred tires you buy in person. I will follow up if any retribution is ordered, but I can say don't buy tires here to save 20 dollars if this is the experience you may have.

What a joke this place is I bought an Aries brush guard for my wife's vehicle while she was at a town I was going to install it. Upon opening the package I noticed that the brackets were missing. I called BB wheels they said they had to get a hold of the warehouse to have them shipped there was no guarantee on when I was going to get them, my wife will be home in two days. Call back to get a Tracking number they told me the brackets haven't even shipped yet probably won't get them for like a week week and a half. BB wheels is a joke. Call them seven times and act like they don't care. As I speak to a manager he's unavailable.

Jesus knows his cars and his inventory.
He put one and one together and makes it a 5, that's why I gave him five stars.
Not just knowledge but he has patients too.
He follows up with you to make sure you got what you need and he is easy to get a hold of, by phone or by email.
I wish all company's had people like Jesus.

Awesome customer service! I knew that my wheels had the wrong offset because I spoke with Nick sales manager. Couple of days later I ordered the wheels before they were shipped they sent me a message saying in the office that was incorrect to please call. So I called and explain to the sales representative that I already had spoken with someone that my issue was taken care of. That's great customer service. I know somethings wrong and let the customer know before they order something that is wrong. Thanks, Eddie.

I bought a set of " new " wheels and a set of lug nuts. Lug nuts got here but only got half of them. When i opened my wheels i started inspecting and ALL showed signs of use. All had water streaks, nicks, scratches, and one was already curbed. Caps were already installed in wheels when they should be new. Tried contacting them and offered me a 50$ refund, what an insult. They were blaming manufacturer when i bought directly from them not manufacture. Worst customer service

Ordered some rims through Troy. Found out that they were out of stock on the initial rims that I had ordered, so he sent me some other choices. I actually found some rims that I liked better at a little bit lower cost. I was very pleased with all his assistance and I am expecting the rims to arrive shortly. Thank you again for all your help and dedication to your customers! Was just a bit disappointed that your company doesn't provide a discount to military, veteran's, or first responders. That would be an added "plus" to your sales.

Never buying wheels from this company again. Went up and down with customer service with a solution with the wheels. They kept giving me the same answer. We can't do anything about the wheels even though they said they would fit. And I have warranty on these wheels to top it all off. 1600 bucks down the drain. Strongly recommend NOT to buy from this company.
