I ordered a battery for my 1989 Goldwing. It arrived in 2 days and fit perfectly thank you for your prompt service and great prices!
Works as it should be
I ordered a battery for my Royal Enfield motor cycle i know i ordered the right one by dimensions and polarity they sent me one that was to big and reversed polarity they sent me a return slip i returned the battery and was promised a refund the total i paid including delivery was £46.48 the refunded me £19.67 charging me restocking and for some reason two delivery charges. I have emailed three time now with no response to say i'm disappointed is an understatement AVOID
Good price
Batteries worked as expected (perfect so far).
Great price. Shipped very quickly & arrived sooner that I would have expected an out-of-state package would when the shipping was free (order was over $100).
My only complaint is that the heavy box of Six 9Ahr Lead Acid Batteries for my 3-U UPS arrived barely in one piece. One corner of the thin cardboard box had already started to split open and the batteries, which would have otherwise been tightly packed in the box, had started to jostle around enough that most of the plastic covers on the terminals were loose in the box (a few couple/few were missing, likely fell out).
Given the weight of the package, and the reality that shippers aren't delicate with packages. I'd have appreciated it if they could have packaged it better.
Double boxing it would have helped. Barring that, how about simply running tape around the entire perimeter of the box (non-flap sides)? Even if it were just a layer or two of packing tape wrapped all the way around the box (not even fiber-reinforced tape), I think my shipment's box would have arrived in much better shape.
I'm considering another order with them now. (~$190 of more UPS batteries). The packaging issue with last order gives me a little pause, but I'm 75-80% sure I'll use them again. I haven't submitted my order yet though.
My son was the one who did it all and it's all working fine.
Straightforward ordering process
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
