I needed some help finding the right printer for my business and they helped me find everything i needed to get started printing labels. It was a relief knowing i could actually talk to a human and not some robot.
I ordered on 7/13. On 7/19 they email to say they cannot verify my address with the credit card and that my order was being cancelled. Most vendors would call... not five days later but at least the next business day.
Per my credit card issuer, the address is correct. After 24 hours of BS I told them to stick it and took my business elsewhere.
The next company, POSGuys, shipped same day, verified my payment information on the spot and matched prices.
I can understand verifying to prevent fraud. But to not address it for five days? That is not acceptable.
I ordered a zebra printer and the company called to. Make sure I had the right printer. They said they liked to check first to make sure the printer met our needs. Durring the call I realized I ordered the wrong printer. Needed thermal transfer and I ordered a direct transfer. They are very helpful and nice to work with
After placing my order they came back and told me that they would not ship against my credit card. They wanted wire transfer instead. This sounded strange and risky so I canceled my order and went to Posguys instead.
I was using a really cheap thermal label and my barcodes started coming out really bad. BarcodeFactory sold me their standard ribbon for nearly the same price, and it works much better.
We've been working with Nancy D at Barcode Factory for several years for upgrading and purchasing Seagull Scientific's BarTender software. She's been very helpful and responsive. A joy to deal with.
