A simple reorder on my account would have made this so easy. All artwork should be retained until no longer required by customer. Told writing on my header card was too small but when cards received, the writing was even smaller than original. Totally confused!
Hello Barry, we apologize for the inconvenience. The reorder option is available for 180 days, after which the system automatically deletes the artwork files of the previous orders. However, any files saved in the design tool will remain in your website account. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will definitely consider it to enhance the customer experience.

Ordered top and bottom pole pockets. After using a discount code the bottom pole pocket seemed to disappear.

The artwork proof was a poor representation of that requested and needed to be corrected. This put back the deadline date of delivery beyond the date of the event at which the product would be used!

Just another india based scamming website posing as UK/US business. Before placing an order for an event i called them to make sure the banner will arrive on time - even scammed me into paying expedited shipping (+£12) yet the banner never arrived. Even though they assured me on the phone & state on their website the max. 4 days or less on the exp. Shipping. Cheap prices attract but trust me you don't want to deal with them. They also refuse to refund me ANY amount, even just the shipping... honestly, rather pay more but have an actual good experience somewhere else - AVOID. (my order no. In case they say i'm a fake customer: uk**************)

Couldn't find my 'saved items' which was frustrating but other than that ordering was pretty simple. When the product arrived it was not what I thought I was getting. I'd already spoken to someone with regard to proofing the design and thought we had eventually understood each other but no! So I rang again and was told how to raise a ticket (feedback on the order). I did as instructed and included 3 pictures one of which was a screen shot of something they sent me to try and reach the proof understanding. I received a timely reply suggesting the issue was one of dimension! Not the case at all and not mentioned in any of my feedback points. Now waiting for a response to my email restating my actual issue. I'm not sure were speaking the same English.

Easy to use web site for ordering. I paid extra to have the banner delivered on or before 1 November. This was important because our event was on Sunday 7 November and I wanted to advertise the event the whole of the week prior. It was actually delivered on 8 November so I lost all that publicity. Furthermore neither BannerBuzz nor UPS could tell me when the banner was going to be delivered.
This is my second order from them. The first order was 3 days late. But I put that down to a new company I'm using. The second-order 5 days late. This time it cost me money. We have scaffolding on the building and I ordered this wall-mounted banner with 2 weeks of it coming down. I ordered it on the 16th with the promise of anything over £99. Quick shipping 14 days later still not received it. Too late to order from another company. Had to pay £145 to keep the scaffolding for 3 more days. Absolutely a joke.

The shipment for the accessories was delivered on the 23rd followed by the banner on the 27th. Additionally, Bannerbuzz has no control over 3rd party couriers' performance and is not responsible for any delay that arises from the couriers' shipping service as mentioned in our Terms of Use.

Good website, loads of products, easy to use. Took a while for the artwork to be approved though so can't depend on the first delivery date. Ended up being delivered later than I wanted

I simply wanted a repeat order after 9 months, but my Artwork had been disposed of by Bannerbuzz after 6 months so I had to resubmit. I did. Then they said my font size (accepted last time) was no longer acceptable, as it was too small. So it all turned out to require several emails and was a lot harder to get my boomarks than I expected.
