Good website and found a unique product that's been difficult to find (perforated, numbered tickets) at a decent price. However, BannerBuzz's office is supposedly in Canada, but production apparently took place in India. That created an unexpected delay—longer shipping time and a delay at customs. In addition, the proof production and approval process took several days when I've experienced almost instantaneous proof production and approval with competitors. A two-week turnaround became a three-week turnaround. Not good in an emergency situation. And not the end of the world in this case thankfully but good to be aware to expect a delay in receiving product.
Easy to navigate, well priced and quick turnaround. Products are exactly as described, and full quality even considering the affordable price point. Yes items were produced and shipped from India, but this has zero effect in order process. Shipping time was not unreasonable, would easily recommend to others and reorder more when needed.

Update following delivery: The banner is perfect, print quality and packaging were on point. Can't beat this quality/price point. Will order more when needed! Highly recommend.
Customer service was almost immediate. Site said allow up to 48 hours for the artwork/logo to be revised for optimal quality but I had the revised copy in my inbox to review by the next morning. Free shipping estimated delivery at over 3 weeks but it arrived within a week. Packaging was strong and kept the banner from getting crunched at all. Product turned out fantastic!

I was disappointed in the quality of the frosted film as it was much thinner then previous signs I purchased from BannerBuzz. Because it was thinner, it made it much more challenging to adhere to the window without creases. I did end up with about 4 good size creases. At least they are not overly noticeable from a distance, which is how most people will view this particular sign.

From designing my ad, choosing from a variety of sizes which can also be customized, and receiving my orders quicker than anticipated, I am very pleased with the results. All 3 signs were custom and matched to size, printing was professionally done and the quality and service of this company has been excellent. We will certainly be choosing BannerBuzz for all of our business advertising needs in the future.

Dealing with BannerBuzz has been the worst experience I have ever had with a service business. I could not get a correct proof, no matter how many times I tried, nor could I received any help, either on the phone or in the chat. I spent the entire day with the chat open, from 9:30 until 5:00, I connected with 9 different "people", and no one could even give me a straight answer. I'm not even sure I was chatting with a real person and not a bunch of different bots with different names! Worst. Company. Ever.

Was quick and easy for this project. Delivered on time and almost perfect. The fold was slightly off, which would not be noticeable if hanging the sign. We put it on a sandwich board so to adjust a little to line up. This is very minor but if you're a bit of a perfectionist you would notice it. I'm happy enough that we will order more.
I was not able to see proof of my artwork/ order until placing the order. Wold have been better to make sure it was correct. I'd like confirmation my artwork will look as submitted, once printed, before placing my order. Finally it looked excellent- very clear and well done, good quality and shipped on time. Thank you.

Didn't get what we ordered and approved and got the run around until I was on the phone with the owner who was just as useless when it came to customer service as his employees. We will never use them again! Save yourself the stress and loss of money and use an actual reputable company.
I also order a dated banner & paid priority shipping. The package did not arrive on said date however I did receive a text from the shipping company (DSL) my order was on it way. In correspondence with DSL I was told it was stuck in customs in India.
My package arrived 6 days late & I have been unable to recoup my money now because they are refusing to answer.
Thankfully I order local after finding out, paid $20 more but my banner but picked up same day and it was perfect. Buy local.
Great overall experience. My order was received on June 12th and I am very impressed with the look and quality of my table runner. Thank you also for applying my first time client discount after I had forgotten to add it at checkout. I will definitely be looking to use your services again.

I ordered 5 shields as a initial order to try them out for our 3 restaurants. The smallest size aren't tall enough to protect diners. They only come up to your shoulder when seated so essentially useless. I contacted the company but they refused to allow me to return unopened packages to exchange them for a taller ones. The shield are cheap looking and will blow over easily. Zero customer service. Too many options out there to waste your time with this company. STAY CLEAR AWAY!
Hi Tammy. We are truly sorry to note your disappointment. However, we have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. The product is available in five sizes and the size you selected is mentioned on your order confirmation email. We have shipped the size you ordered.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund in the absence of any defect or error in the product. This is mentioned in our Terms of Use. Furthermore, we do not stock the clear panel; we custom cut it to the size ordered and then stitch pole pockets. There is also a cost associated with packaging and shipping the product.
We also note that there is no mention of poor product quality in your communication with us so far, in which you were quite willing to exchange it for a different size.
Having said that, we understand that when ordering online anyone can make a mistake so we try to be as flexible as possible. The stand you have purchased is adjustable up to 8 feet height, so you can reuse it. You will need to reorder the panel in the correct size and for this our team has already offered a discount. We regret that you do not find this resolution to be reasonable.

Placed a simple order online and uploaded my own artwork. I chose expedited shipping. Order was promised on a Wednesday, and I now found out it will not arrive till the following Monday, past my event date. I requested a tracking number and then found that the order originated in India, was shipped via Dubai and currently is in Tennessee. I am in Ontario, Canada. Their website shows a Toronto address, though now I notice is says "Registered office". I've seen other companies do this, and I still resent this kind of deception. I will stick with local suppliers who I know have a brick and mortar presence.
Got exactly what was ordered two days ahead of schedule. I'm impressed!

My order was never received. It was caught in customs from China, and UPS refused to let it through without my paying additional brokerage fees. I missed my events because this "Canadian" site can't ship to Canada.

Originally I gave this business top stars. It is misleading as they list themselves as CDN site. Meanwhile I see my recent order is originating from India and now stuck somewhere in the Middle East. When I placed my order it indicated that I would receive my items on time. My event is tomorrow and nothing has arrived and now I have to spend money locally scrambling to get items here. At least be honest about your place of fulfillment and delivery times. I don't appreciate the misleading.ca extension on your website. I do not have time to sit on the phone today and have you try to explain yourselves. It is very clear on the Fedex updates on the status of my order. I loved my first order with you. Disgusting.

Answer: Do not trust this Company they are pure Scammers. They will show you a picture on their web site and will send a complete different product. I ordered this https://www.bannerbuzz.com/signicade-deluxe-black/p and paid 56.00 dollars they sent me 2 piece of printed paper 2 by 3 wort a dollar each a the dollar store. They refused any return and refuse to refund me despite the policy displayed on the website. If this review does not appear I will make sure its shown somewhere else all over the social media and on google reviews. What is the BannerBuzz' return policy? If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, BannerBuzz will send a replacement banner with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced banner. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery. Do not trust them, they have no customer service, their call center is based in India they do not even speak English you can not understand them. Please save your money
