I ordered a twin basin faucet a few weeks ago and a couple of days ago received only one hot water tap instead of two. I am so disappointed as no one has replied to any efforts I made of reaching them. Buying products from banggood with shipping from European warehouse it advertise that the product will be deliver within 2-5 bussines days... however pass more than 12 bussines days my order is still in transit!... that is fake advertising! And banggood does nothing for customers that losses money based on the shipping time... Bang good has an absolutely terrible return policy. Even though my order was never delivered and is being shipped back to them they will not process a return until a certain amount of time has elapsed. 32 days after I ordered they will still not return my money.

Some cool finds and bargains, but way too often just poorly-made or completely-defective junk... and trying to obtain a refund is futile... Banggood has no ethics... they enable intellectual property theft, primarily from the United States... they abuse international mailing contracts... costs them essentially nothing to ship in bulk... return shipping is prohibitively expensive and they know it... even videos created at their request showing careful testing were insufficient to get a refund for a simple memory card which was complete junk... it's always the fault of some other device, never theirs, though clearly theirs is the problem... and that was an inexpensive item... redress with expensive stuff is hopeless... they always respond politely, and will promise the moon, but they drag their feet with everything -- wasting your time, and trying to wear you down -- and never deliver anything... caveat emptor

Electronic items arrived either broken (mini drone) or without function /connectivity (laser beamer) - I did make the mistake to order again... for fidget spinners... thought to make kids happy with special models. I purchased an insane amount of tube patches for cheap, and they arrived neither quickly nor with great packaging. They did arrive though, and since the shipping was free I can't complain. I've ordered some more bike stuff and hope to see them soon.
My second order is posted in the comment, and has made me lower the rating for Banggood. They never got back to me about my issues of false advertising on some of their products so you'll have to shop with caution. You can still get a good deal on single items that come pre-packaged but if they say that there is going to be ten valve caps expect to get only one.
I will not consider shopping there again because of this experience.
I have noticed that banggood.com's prices had been increasing quite quickly in the last year or so. As a result, there are now items on banggood.com that actually cost more than on both amazon.com and ebay.com.

Had multiple issues with BangGood in the past: non-delivery, poor packaging, wrong products sent, faulty products, cancelling order under false pretense. The worst thing was BangGood never assumed responsibility on failed orders. It is almost impossible to get your money back. They are so cheep offering some virtual scores to redeem later at their store. Shipping is always slow and they insist customers should wait up to 60 days! Customer service is poor and customers are talking to a different person which has no clue.
BangGood takes every effort to slow order errors remediation process. Some email exchanges take weeks to no avail. This wears down many customers just like us and some eventually drop claims.

Ordered 2 items. They got shipped in different package. One arrived within 15 working days but the second has yet to arrive and we're nearing a month. Spoke to their chat service (which is only available during their time zone business hours, no other hours) and got a lot of lame excuses. First they gave me a tracking number and sent me to find the status of the order on a Malaysia Post web site. Why didn't they do this on my behalf? It seems like they have a penchant for making excuses, "Its in your country now" or" It takes 7-25 business days", even though their FAQ states 7-15 days to US. They offered 50 points to remedy the situation. Amazon, by comparison, steps up and gives $ credit when they screw up an order. I certainly wont buy from them again.
We ordered April 4th from this company and they never shipped. Just flat stole our money. We have tried repeatedly to contact them via Facebook, email, website, phone, chat... no one answers the number posted on their website.

I've ordered close to 25 items from Banggood and for the most part, I'm glad I did. Their selection is huge, their prices are routinely cheaper for the same item sold by other retailers, plus the shipping is usually free. The quality of the items they sell is the only real gamble when buying from them, because most (if not all) items are made in China. Some items are fantastic quality, while others didn't perform as advertised or break/malfunction after a few uses. But that seems to happen with almost anything bought nowadays, regardless of where it's made. Although their Customer Service has been good/great every time I've had to contact them to resolve an issue, it's a difficult process that's complicated and frustrating at best, especially if my problems were quality or warranty related. So in conclusion, I'll take my chances on ordering from Banggood again just to save $, and hope the item's quality is outstanding.

Another one of those Chinese sellers where every thing is good till they make an error. Order and paid for an item I didn't receive. Was told to ship the incorrect one back at my cost 60 Au dollars, original purchase 94!

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement.
