I made a profile on this site and paid using pay pal i chose the 3:99 payment just to try the site they charged me another 3:99 and then they charged me 39:99 without my permission if anyone would like to talk to me about this please call Kevin at *******167.DO NOT LET THEM GET YOU.
It is enough for someone to false report you to get warning, and after that to be blocked.
Moderators are irrational, and something like "i dont like you" is considered hate speech and you will get permanently banned in a minutes. YOU WILL NOT GET REFUND if they decided that your answer to someone "sorry, i dont like asians" is hate speech, and just like that your account will be terminated, WHILE YOUR CREDIT CARD CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED. Just escape and NEVER REGISTER on this scam site, where there a lot of fake profiles anyway.
Hey Nicolas,
We are sorry that you feel this way. We only block anyone that violates our guidelines: https://badoo.com/guidelines/.
But if you believe we have made a mistake, please do reach out to us, and we will review. However, if your account was blocked correctly, the decision will not be reversed.
We are so sorry to hear that your credit card was charged afterwards. All subscriptions are automatically switched off when a member has been blocked to prevent any further charges. Please get in touch with us on@BadooHelp or https://badoo.com/feedback/, and we can look into this for you.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Badoo took money from my account then blocked me. I have one phone number only (mobile), which they validated when I opened my account. Now they say its incorrect, so I can't logon. Rip off twats.
I was going through my transaction history on my bank and I realized I was being charged 2.99 20 days a month for the last three months by Badoo, I have never even installed this application.
Hi Elijah,
Badoo never charges anyone for a service they've not requested, so we'll be happy to look into this for you. Please send us a Private Message on social media@BadooHelp or use our contact form - badoo.com/feedback. Thank you!

- You have to pay to send a message to "popular" (i. E., attractive) members
- You can only message six to ten new people per day for free
- You can't hide the fact you visited someone's profile without paying for that feature (POF lets you do so for free)
- Search results come up in random order and no way to tell which profiles you've already seen, so you wind up clicking on the same profiles over and over
- Search results only display those profiles for which your age falls within their search criteria; change your age, and you get a whole different set of results (POF only allows an age differential of 14 years maximum, but at least they're honest and open about it)
- You can set up a profile using the website without a phone number for verification. The next time you try to log in, they demand SMS verification. If you don't have a cell phone, you can't verify, your profile and pics stay up indefinitely and you can't do anything about it.
- Any e-mail or skype address you give them or even type into the chat gets harvested and sold to spammers. I assume the same thing happens with cell phone numbers.
In summary, this service is run by people with zero ethics (Russians, apparently) and they are now in pillage mode of doing anything to make a buck off it. Best to move on to better and more honest dating sites/apps - POF, Tinder, Match, whatever, anything else would be better.
EX SOLDIER - IAN - SHEFFIELD AREA - AGE 49 - Had a date with this guy he was late, didn't give to much away about him self? And didn't ask me about my self all he was intrested in was my chest, getting me into bed which he didn't and wanted me to send him a rude pic! Very strange guy. Now blocked him... be ware ladies!. He's not funny, no personality, his teeth are green lol yuuk. This chap needs stricking off all dating sites, and he's on many, he just spoils it for every decent guys on these sites..

They are $#*!ing thieves. I get many replies and meeting with Free Tinder, while I didn't even get more than 2 visits to my profile page at the Paid version of badoo, although I sent likes 60-70 girls and messages to many girls...
And they keep asking you to pay more to be on top of the list or something; my suspicion is they force you to pay much more to be seen in girls' inbox; then why did I $#*!ing pay before?
$#*!ING THIEVES, SOMEBODY MUST STOP THEM...
Hi there!
We're sorry you've had this experience with us. We're unsure what you're referring to, but we can go through the different premium services we offer to find the right one for you. However, Badoo is free to use and all messages will be delivered regardless of your account status. Please send us a private message including the email address linked to your account (you can do this on any of our social media platforms) and we'll look into this for you.

I have used the Badoo site for a few years and they have a system built in to where some people you need to spend credits to chat.
The exit button is conveniently right neat the payments buttons and I accidentally used the 79.99 life time fund. They had my PayPal because I made 10$ transactions here and there.
When I contacted them at first they said because I agreed to their site policy I'm held to the purchase I accidentally made! I continued to contact them and tell them I didn't have the money to spend and they told me they will refund me!
I waited for 2 days and got nothing.
When I contacted again they told me that April their Community Operations Manager Would contact me. She said to close my PayPal case and they would refund. I did so and they ghosted me!
They play dumb and try to get rid of you as soon as possible with their bs policy they say you signed when you signed up!
I'm going to call my bank and report for fraud to get my money back because I have the screenshots and the attempts to make peace with them. Through their e-mail customer service and facebook.
These guys are totally scam artist-run away!
Hey Julien,
We are very sorry you feel this way. As you went in between two teams we found it confusing to gather all of the right information. We do not have access to everything and were unable to see any correspondences that you mentioned. As we are two different teams and work remotely we could not do this as smoothly as we would have liked. We have since passed this message onto our support team.
Please do forward on the email that they sent to you as asked and we will continue to respond to you on@BadooHelp.
We apologise once more, as we do not want you to feel saddened by us or as if we are not doing our jobs, in this case it was merely trying to gather all of the information which we thought we were in the middle of resolving with you.
We will wait for a screenshot of the email sent to you by our support team. Thank you!

The app is designed so that anyone can accidentally click on the continue button to subscribe to their lifetime membership. It's a scam, so you've been warned!
Hi Terry,
We appreciate your frustration but we would never take a payment from you without your consent.
Unfortunately, since you instantly receive the benefits of Badoo Premium once purchased, this type of service is non-refundable. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we're only able to refund services that have not been downloaded.
We would be happy to look into your account if you would like more information on this purchase. Please reach out to us at badoo.com/feedback and a member of our 24/7 support team will get back to you on this.
This site is nothing but an over glorified popularity contest! I was invited by a friend (or at least I think this person really did invite me-with Badoo, it's hard to tell since they get into your personal email account) to come on there and found out that it isn't all that it's cut out to be. There are some cool people on there however, but a majority of the people are kind of weird. And if you want to see who has you as a favorite, you have to pay for superpowers! What kind of b******* is that?!?! It's way too expensive. And you have to put up some pictures of yourself, which I did and only one was up on my profile despite that I put up 3! I couldn't find the contact form on the site to ask them why my other pictures didn't show up on my profile. Plus, there are several scammers running around on there and there's no way to tell them about it so they can look into it. Don't waste your time on this site, and if anybody says that it's a good site, either 1) they work for the site or 2) they probably have been rejected off of the more decent sites.
A distinct and flagrant absence of transparent processes sums of this dishonest company. I have created a number of accounts in the past all of which were blocked. Its only recently that I contacted Badoo and questioned the reason. I was informed that I was sexually explicit in my username. On one username I will hold my hands up. So lets be VERY clear here. I am a gay man in an agreed open relationship. I am very clear in my profile what I am looking for which is no strings sex fun and am also equally clear about the rile I adopt in any sexual meeting. Many (not all) people join this site to meet up for casual sex or sometimes a full on relationship. I believe this to be a form of Homophobia and also theft and fraud. I created a new profile yesterday and today added over £60 at which point I was notified the my new account was blocked. My profile was clear but not offensive and had a non sexualised username. I am determined to recover my money and seek a legal direction with regard to a potential future action against this wholly dishonest company.
I just reported them to my bank as I am not even sure how they received my banking information. I downloaded the app a week or two ago and lost interest very quickly. It was advertised as a free app and had premium features. I never looked at the premium features but somehow was charged $58.99 today and sent me an email thanking me for renewing a service that I never knew I even had. I don't know how they got my information other than Google or they are part of another site somehow. I called my bank and she said that many dating sites share the data. She also said write to them and they will likely give it back and if not it would take up to 55 days to get back from the bank. Badoo responded in an email saying that I agreed to a reoccurring charge for my premium service that as I said I never signed up for. I would never remove my bank card from my wallet for this site and that is what disturbs me is how did they get my banking information, to begin with. I see other posts of people complaining about similar things this company needs to be investigated for the shady practices. I have reported them to my bank as fraudulent. Badoo must have it set up this way on purpose and need to be held accountable. This is unacceptable.
Hey Shane!
We're sorry to hear about this.
Badoo can only obtain your bank information through you! We would also never charge you for a service, that you have not authorised. You can read more about how we use your data on https://badoo.com/en/privacy/. That being said, we are happy to take a closer look at this for you. You can always message our support team on badoo.com/feedback and explain to them in detail what has happened to you. After all, we are here to help!
We look forward to hearing from you, Shane.

*** THIS APP IS A SCAM!*** DO NOT SAVE YOUR CREDI INFO!, they will make you pay for an expensive subscription if you click wrong once. They want to obtain payment details, and then trick you into making outrageous payments. They do this by providing "one-click payments" defaulting to large sums of money. This app is maliciously designed to make you pay by accident. They will not return any accidental payments. They will not even reply to your complains. **AVOID THIS SCAM!**mers pay by accidental click.
It's FREE! Does not BLOCK conversations AFTER they start.
Profile info is very limited.
There are too many "dead" users (imported from facebook).
That said, you can find real people, but beware, that real people have REAL PROBLEMS, so, you may find more than you bargain for!
Badoo uses scams and fraudulent means to scam as much money as possible out of their customers. They offer no refunds as apps are not regulated in favour of the customers.
Hi Chris,
We're sorry to hear you weren't eligible for a refund on this occasion. We recommend that our users read the terms before making a purchase on Badoo, as not all of our paid upgrades will be refundable. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we're only able to refund services that have not been downloaded or used.
You are an important part of our community and your feedback is incredibly valued, we feel confident that you’ll make the most of Badoo during this time and continue to make genuine connections.

I have been on Badoo on and off for a while now, I remember when you could comment on other members photos as well. Shame they stopped that.
They use to have a cool credit top up feature where you can message someone for free or 10 credits or top up 10 credits but now the minimum required to message a user/badoo member will cost you 150 credits! Tell me Badoo team? Why does it cost 150 credits/ £1.50 to send one message? Please let me know why? It use to cost 10 credits last year. I disagree the way you have hiked your prices up at the expense of many of your loyal members.
So if you only have 5 credits left on your account then to chat to one person would cost you £3 GBP (for 200 credits). Also if that badoo member doesnt reply or deletes their profile then you would have wasted £3 and 150 credits! - When before it would cost you 10 credits only!
Also an increase number of fakes on there as well sadly. I hope badoo looks into this a little more for the benefit of their users/members!?
Stay safe all!
Best wishes,
Sean
Hi Sean,
We really appreciate your feedback on our messaging feature and we're sorry to hear that this is really affecting your experience on Badoo.
You can message anyone you match with for free but if you don’t want to wait until the user likes you back, you can still use credits to initiate a conversation with her.
This change provides the best experience for all our users, as many have asked us to help manage the number of messages they get.
Improve your chance to get matches by adding your best photos and playing Encounters.
Thank you for your understanding.
There no genuine profiles out there, I was deceived by a profile name Anjali, asked to pay money for one hour video chat n after I paid profile disappeared. Beware
Answer: 99% are fake! When you engage with Badoo you expose yourself to fraud and rip off. Their "job" consists of making up fake profiles with stolen photos and reeling in gullible people. If you want dates and relationship, you may want to try http://J4Love.net This site has helped me and a friend of mine to meet many lovely women. My friend got married to one of them. I'm still undecided, but the site works. Don't waste your money on Badoo. What they do is try to get your money without providing any real service. You pay for talking with bots. You are buried in auto-generated messages and there are no real people willing to meet.
Answer: Hey Jahidul, Sorry to hear about this! If you could please send us a message with your registered email address or phone number, we'll be happy to look into this for you! Badoo Team
Answer: Hi Gunal! We work hard to keep a database of high quality real users, and our moderation team works 24/7 to spot any malicious profiles. Most of our users are really who they say they are! However, if you're still suspicious, we urge you to use the reporting feature to notify our moderators about a potential fake profile. Additionally, Badoo is completely free to use. We do have some additional features to increase your popularity, but they are totally optional. We hope this helps, but please do not hesitate to get in touch if otherwise!
Answer: Hi Peter, Please do reach out to us on social media@BadooHelp, and include the email address or phone number (including the country code) that you used to sign up so that we can look into this for you. -BadooHelp
