I bought this monitoring app from Auto Forward yesterday, and I'm surprised that it works on both Android and iOS, as not all monitoring software does. I had access to my daughter's iPad and my sons' iPhones. I'm using an Android phone, and everything is saved to my online account. This is extremely useful to me.

Not to be trusted. They do not inform you with the correct information about the app and price. I think the correct information should be written before the purchase

I bought this monitoring app from Auto Forward yesterday and had some issues activating it, so I thought I'd ask for some assistance. I tried for over a month to get autoforward to work like it advertised, did everything they emailed me to do and it doesn't work. You will not get anyone on the phone to help and they will not refund me my money. They got me but hope this helps so they don't get you!

I purchased the $70 pro option for an iphone after reading wonderful reviews. I had access to the device and followed the instructions. I got the same results as many of the reviews below, only contacts, a few old pictures, and stale GPS data. There is no real tech support person to talk to, all e-mail. I submitted a ticket, was given the instructions again, then told to uninstall-reinstall. I did, same result. I asked for a refund and was told I just didn't understand how the software worked, and to review their refund policy. I complained and was sent old instructions that didn't work. Asked for refund again, no reply. Warning, there are no refunds for this app. Read their policy, buy at your own risk!
