I had to get a quick turnaround on an item and it was a Sunday. I expected to get it the next business day but I got it later that night on Sunday! I have authenticated four items already. Will come back

Most of these one star reviews are from people who authenticate only once with this company and from people who only own a few bags. I've handled thousands of handbags in my time and can spot a fake better than most people. I can say I've used this company for probably more than 50 authentications (mostly Chanel, LV and Hermes) and agreed on almost every result. They're not amateurs, they can spot fakes for sure... but don't forget that they're also human. There have been a couple times where I was bothered by some words exchanged but that's life, nothing's perfect, and I'm sure they deal with a lot of crazy people daily.

I got my vintage dior saddle authenticated by them and it was so simple and easy. They were so fast and got back to me within a few hours even though I just selected the normal service. 10/10 would recommend them!

Love Authenticate First! They are fast and reliable for authenticating designer pieces. I have used them multiple times. Great to have peace of mind when selling online. I'm used to buying preloved fashion, but for my first "bigger" designer purchase I wanted to be extra save, even though the bag had been authenticated by the platform I purchased it on. I myself inspected the bag and thought it was authentic, but one detail made me suspicious. Since that platform is somewhat known for falsely authenticating fake designer goods (won't say which platform it was, you know which one I mean), I decided to get it authenticated by AuthenticateFirst and Voila!, it's a fake. With proof from AuthenticateFirst I got my money back, so the investment was definitely worth it! I've authenticated another bag with them as well (no counterfeit this time) and will continue to do so.

I submitted photos of my item and the results were very professional and very fast! Great experience! I no longer have the item or certificate as it was a gift and therefore cannot upload photos.

I've authenticated various brands with them, they are excellent and fast. They saved me a lot of money recently when I inadvertently bought the best replica I've ever seen (it was a duplicate to the authentics in my existing collection, I would have NEVER picked up on it). I upgraded to their official authentication document and PayPal closed the case in two days' time. I was so relieved.
