I am a return customer, but the system could not recognise my e-mail address, so I did not get a reminder to save 10% with a promo code. It would be nice if this feature was available for repeat customers. The flags arrived in a reasonable time and in good condition. The quality of the flags is always good. They usually last around one year, which is very good as they are not taken down in the evening or bad weather.

Emailed earlier, as unable to process order as a returning customer or add an account...
Went with new customer and all went smoothly, much much easier and you do not have to remember a password.

Great customer service, I made a mistake in address in order, quick phone call from company and the problem was fixed. Haven't seen flag as yet as was present for my son in law who seemed very pleased with the flag, will see it at Christmas.
