From the time I ordered to when my item was delivered I was kept updated. The parcel arrived within 3 days and was exactly what I wanted. I then received a followup email to ensure I had received my parcel. Great customer service.

This is going to be my second purchase on castway and I would really say that my online shopping experience have been fantastic. I would recommend costway for furniture shopping.

We were very skeptics at first but took a risk and it turned out so worth it! We were looking for a cat bed for ages, all the good ones being $150+ until we came across Costway Australia! We found a product that suited us perfectly for a fraction of a price.

Very easy to navigate and purchase. Delivery was prompt. Quality is what it is expected for the price, though it is well designed and suits our needs. It was a bit tricky to build but is a good unit for our space.

The site was easy to navigate and the pricing was very competitive.
We were very impressed with the speed from transaction to delivery was only 4 days as the product was being delivered from Victoria to Brisbane.

The shopping experience was good. Good product, timely process & quick delivery. But the delivery company left the product in a pallet near our carport. They did not bother to bring it up the 3 front steps & to put it near the front door. This is not door to door delivery. Very disappointed.

Easy to order and pick up from the friendly and helpful staff at the warehouse in Truganina. Product was of a good quality and easy to assemble with clear instructions provided. Much better than a similar item I purchased via K***n which was a nightmare to assemble and already broken/cracked in several places straight out of the box.

We purchased two outdoor swing/glide chairs from the Costway website. Not only was the purchase easy, the delivery was prompt and assembly of the chairs was quite easy. We now await warmer weather so we an enjoy our now outdoor chairs.

I ordered a swing for my grandchildren because the picture showed it on a stand. It came but no stand so now I am looking to buy a stand for it. I would not have bought a swing without a stand because I have nowhere to hang it.
Advertising was very misleading.

Delivery was fast and a problem with addressing was resolved quickly. There was a missing screw in one of the legs of the bench but we needed it so badly we just improvised with what we had:)

The delivery was prompt and the product is impressive. I had to add some extra bits such as wire and a different lock because the one supplied wasn't to my liking for safety reasons.
Overall, a fantastic product and the abundance of zip ties was amazing

In the picture the fridge looked like it fit a lot more in it that it actually does. For example there were 3 bottle of wine in the fridge door. You can actually fit one bottle of milk in the actual fridge

I saw these foam shapes on FB and thought they would be perfect for our Granddaughters 1st Birthday. Easy to order. Fast delivery. Can't wait until we see her play with them.

Having never done business with Costway, I was a little bit suspect, so we only ordered a couple of the items we needed. The Adirondack chairs and table arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I was provided with tracking so I could keep up with the shipment. The packages arrived in good condition. The chairs were flat packed but we were able to easily put them together. We feel that the quality is good and we plan to order more. We were very happy with our experience.

Everything to now has gone reasonably smoothly. The time it takes to arrive will be the most telling factor. You are in Victoria and so am I so I expect delivery should not take long given the item is listed as "in stock".

The item was (according to the tracking) handed over to Australia Post on the Monday 19th June (somewhere in Melbourne) and processed that day. It wasn't delivered (to Sale) until Friday 23rd. It sat at a sorting centre in Melbourne for 3 days - terrible delivery service.

I recently bought 2 outdoor coffee tables.
They are weather resistant, a perfect size,sturdy and very easy to assemble.
They arrived well within time and are well packed.
I couldn't be happier with my tables

The item came quickly in the post, was easy to assemble, appears to be of good quality, and was easy to use.

When I assembled the pram, however, I noticed that one tire was a little warped. I wasn't bothered by this as it didn't seem to affect basic use. I then inflated the tires, and while I was inflating the second tire, the first one popped. This seems to be because of the faulty / warped wheel as the tire was only inflated to the recommended level.

I will be contacting Costway for a replacement.
