The pull-out kitchen shelves arrived in a timely manner, in an excellent condition and were packed very well. They are exactly what we were looking for, thanks. So top marks (minus discount fiasco!)

I order 4 Pieces Wicker Conversation Set with Cushion for Patio but package missing one box. Mailed them multiple time but didn't receive any response yet.

Happy with product but your courier delivery company were awful lost my item and claimed they delivered it then it appeared days later again on my doostep and has been headache for me so please change couriers even if we have to pay shipping better than using delivery freight express.

Purchase made quickly and easily, however receiving a receipt seemed a problem. When requested 3 times only ever got a Tax Invoice not a receipt. Was advised that this is all you provide. I wanted a receipt advising that we had paid our invoice and showing nil owing, but could not be provided with this.

My order coming fast but the toy kitchen has some dent on and the microwave frame was broken,
I got little make up table with pink colour, but the colour comes so different from the page I saw, and one of the leg of chair was broken.

It took about 10 days to get to us, went together easily and my father-in-law is thrilled with it... particularly the lovely blue colour. It works well so far - it was only assembled today!

Costway sent me updates on shipping and delivery and also was prompt on responding to queries about any issues or if delivery failed. I did not get additionally charged either and staff were courteous and helpful.
Only issue I had was with the delivery company and difficulties handling receipt of items while at work specially due to the size and weight of products and being informed only on the day that it may arrive without a certain time or a proper tracker. However managed to speak to someone at the call centre who was helpful and got it redirected to my work place.
Overall good experience apart from usual issues to be aware of

Easy transaction online and fast shipping, arrived from Melbourne to Central coast NSW within a week!

Website was easy to navigate. Goods arrived promptly and were exactly as described online. As we live on acreage we have awful trouble with our deliveries but your delivery driver went out of his way to bring the items right to our door. He was friendly and courteous. Thank you.

Everything was easy for me to follow. Received my order within a week and l am very happy with my product. I was able to put it together myself (age 75) with no problems. Will certainly do business with Costway again.

I am very happy with this purchase! This chair looks exactly like the pictures (I ordered it in cream colour), it's not too big, very easy to assemble, awesome quality for the price, and it can hold quite a lot of weight!
The only thing I dislike is the branding, but I could easily cut it off with scissors.
