Not worth the money, especially their sweaters, bras, and definitely their panties. I have bought about 10 pair over a year and nearly all have torn or ripped and I hand washed them.
I traveled 45 minutes out to go shopping at the only Ashley Stuart in Orlando (west colonial store) today and I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was not greeted and I had to ask for help. Even then the sales associate Named angela Lundy was extremely rude and unapproachable. She acted as if I was a bother and she really don't want me there. I asked for help with several items (I needed to see if a Particular item came in a set) with a matching top and she said NO what we have is what you see there and pointed to the rack of clothing. I also needed an Item that I thought was out of stock in my size until I noticed that the manikin has on the size that I needed. I asked if she could help take it off the manikin so I could purchase it and she didn't want to. She was not courteous she was not helpful she did not move with a sense of urgency and she most definitely did not make me feel welcome or comfortable. This by far was the worst shopping experience I've had in all my years. I have a Ashley Stewart credit card that I'm thinking of closing out & never shopping here again because of this experience. This store is the only store in Orlando and I refused to come back and get Miss treated the way that I did today. Hopefully you guys address this issue so I can continue to shop here.
I would never imagine i would be writing a review about you. You guys need to learn how to treat customers that shop with you often and spend a lot of money when its even so dam hard to exchange and return everything is money. Am so pissed right now i wish i could put zero stars. I will admit that the products are good however based on my previous experience this time around you have let me down and to that customer service agent in the chat miss shanice you don't just end a chat while u talking to a customer so bluntly without saying goodbye etc you need to learn to end your chats professionally your not talking to your friends. I have spent my $198 to get my diva dollars nothing came in my email and when i asked about it i heard it has been expired OK i understand i said i don't want it back but because i was qualified and i didn't received totally not my fault is there anything that can be done to give me a discount on a purchase am about to do for $201 and you gonna tell me bluntly diva dollars expire wen i clearly said i am not asking for that then turn around and took your $#*! away like customer doesn't matter well OK i am done shopping with u guys no more credit card with u guys
Better to shop in store material and style don't look the same once you get then you have to pay to return it. Also there's no returning to store on sale items

I have been a faithful shopper, a lover of Ashley Stewart Fashions for many years and for the last 6 months it looks like they have grabbed some of these models as well as the clothing and accessories off of the streets. Great Plus size clothes. They don't do returns, nor exchanges outside the U.S. Sadly, they don't do currency exchanges, on their website, so if your Canadian you don't know the exact dollar amount.
The only reason they received 1 star is because you can't send it without it. I have shopped with this company for over 10-15 years with no problem until ordering off their website. I only order on the web because there is no store where I live now. The first time was sweaters that looked like it had been used. This time I order two packages and returned them. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR FULL REFUND. I spoke with Dametria and she had a nasty attitude so I asked for a manager and she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Brandi (a manager.) This is 9 days after they have received my packages and they still haven't scanned them in. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
I've ordered a coat and jeans from them and the coat wasn't like the site posted it to be it was extremely short on the arms and the jeans were extremely long so I kindly returned them. Just to find out they make you pay for the shipping to get the item and to return the item. That is extremely harsh especially with the whole pandemic going on they should welcome us shoppers. I went to the Hallsferry location in St. Louis, MO I was trying to use a couple. I had from awhile ago showed the coupon to the manager she told me to text the word on the coupon and get a code I saw it was a code on the registrar as well so I copied that one too so I go out to the car text the word from my old coupon and it gave me a code that was expired in 2016 I said well ill try the new code from the registrar and it came back I had already tried a code all you can use is one but the first was expired so it blocked out the new code I go back in a tell the manager I was ripped off this old trick talking about we can see if the expired one would work is all she could do off course it didn't im like don't you have a different code or could you just take the five off she said no mam I was like what the hell it was not fair I bought the two items but I will never in my life go in there again I hope they close that one too

I ordered 2 dresses and I received them and when I open the pkg to try them on they had the elastic out of the sleeves and them hem was out of the other dress this will b my last time ordering from Ashley Stewart they wanted me to take a picture and send it to them like I was lying b4 they could send me a return label to send them back that is a bunch of BS who does that and when u do send them it back I have to pay almost $10 and I had to pay $18 to send 2 pair of shoes back Ashley is a joke will never order from them again.

Beyond pissed. I was up at 12am buying clothes for my Christmas party just to hear that my clothes will be returned. I have tried 3 times to contact their customer device line which is attrocious! The first day I waited my whole lunch break of 30 minutes on hold and still didn't get in touch with anyone. I tried 3 TIMES since then and left a message for someone to call me back and still nothing. I will have to take another lunch break to find out about my clothing. This is the most unorganized unprofessional clothing store online that I have dealt with. Rainbow's customer service is better and that's saying a lot. I'm going to keep wasting my time and see about getting in touch with anyone. I'm never shopping here again. I'll stick with Torrid, Lane Bryant and Zulilly. Do better Ashley Stewart. These online instagram boutiques are more organized than this national company. Come on!

ITEM # 010-F2184X and it literally was coming apart as I walked. I called requested a return label go figure one wasn't in my box. Still waiting for the item. I placed an order on 11/22 and to date I still have no received my items. I can't get a response was on hold for an hour. DONE DONE DONE
I purchased a pair of boots and never got my confirmation email, something everyone expects when you purchase things online, right?
After 4 days I called customer service and the woman sent me a confirmation email and told me they're backed up due to the holidays. I understand that, I work in retail in clothing but we caught up before the year was over and to be that swamped with orders this far after Christmas doesn't seem right.
Anyways, the next day I received an email stating that the boots were no longer available and that I wouldn't be charged (even though I already was, so now there's a 10 day hold on the money)
I began my search for another pair of boots (it's difficult to find affordable boots that I really like in my size. 12W with 20" calfs)
And I found the same boots still available on AshleyStewart.com!
I probably shouldn't have, but I repurchased them before getting my refund for the first order.
Today, before even receiving a confirmation email, I received an email telling me that my order has been shipped.
After I receive my boots and my refund from the first order, My business will go elsewhere.
In the middle of placing an order and submitting payment information Ashley Stewart site glitched. Went back to my cart to check to see if my item was still there, which it stated it was empty. Also, I did not receive an order number. That prompted me to re-order my item, which I did and this time I received an order number. I checked my online banking statement and the I noticed the first item was placed and I was charged(how, idk). I hopped online to chat with an agent, I explained what happened. I was advised by the agent that they do not cancel orders, by no circumstance to ensure that the customer receive their items in a timely mannor. I advised that I understood, but Ashley Stewart site glitch, which is not the customers fault and therefor I should be able to cancel that particular order. The agent then further advised me that they haven't received any other complaints that there's an issue with the site. Which then, I advised "Jean" that there may have not been, but I am reporting an issue now and the item I purchased was under $20 due to the site 40% flash sale and I gain nothing by lying! Long story short, they did not cancel the duplicated order. I literally had to call my back, placed an dispute just to get my money back. This is a very small issue, and should've been handled much differently. Either refund the customer's money, maybe offer a store credit or something but to advise them that under "no circumstance" is unacceptable and make me want to spend my money elsewhere. GREAT job, AS!
