I got exactly what I ordered, and within a reasonable amount of time. The shipping delay was due to me ordering late on Friday after they were done processing orders, so it wasn't a problem, just a little slower than ideal.
I found it impossible to pay with gift cards and had to resort to my debit card. I had contacted customer service and it took a few days to respond. The person said to call and they would help me do it. I did but no answer. You need to modify your payment process.
I actually stumbled across this page looking at Luminox watches. And couldn't believe what they had and the prices to go with them. At first I was skeptical, but the more I looked and the more I read the reviews I figured I would give it at try. I am glad I did. It is a great place to shop and it's easy to navigate. Today I received an email "Ashford Delivery Confirmation - Response Required (Order ID: w00********35)"
The message says that Ashford is tracking my order that was placed on February 23,2025 (Hugo Boss Men's Watch 15***32).
Is this some kind of joke? I tried to buy this watch twice, but for reasons unknown to me, both orders were cancelled. And the customer service ignored my messages. So I never received my order.
This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering from an online store. Ashford discriminates against customers for reasons unknown. I will never use this store again, as there are other online platforms where the buyer is treated with dignity and respect.

Fast and reliable delivery; item as described. The only aspect i did not like was a "brokerage fee" (?) which i had to pay unexpectedly on top of the import tax to the shipper UPS.
You cancelled my first order for no valid reason on my behalf all funds were on my card and it is a legitimate card, then it took a number of emails and two weeks to get the money back to my card. Ari was helpful but it wasn't a good experience. I have tried again with PayPal
After clicking to buy, there is no confirmation to take the buyer to the check out page or payment page. I almost bought 4 of the same item before I realized I had to click another icon for payment. The product description page for my watch could have been more informative.
