I was really impressed that ascendtech supplied a pre-paid return mailing label with the order. Obviously they care about customer satisfaction. They also offer technical support if there are any issues and will replace the board if there are any issues.
I do not anticipate any problems building this system but appreciate they are there if needed.
They shipped incredibly fast and shipping was included in the price.

I was not sure if I had the correct product, it looked exactly like the keyboard I had that was worn out. I ordered it then checked the numbers and they did not match. So I called on the phone to check. The person I spoke with on the phone was not sure either, but they promised free return shipping it it wasn't right. When the keyboard arrived I tried it out, and it worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company and will return again!

I ordered a bare bones PC that came with an ECS A960M-MV motherboard with an AMD 4100 Quad CPU, A Seasonic 350 watt PSU, and 2GB of DDR3. They assembled it and shipped it well packed, box inside of another box, with bubble bags in between. My only regret is that I didn't upgrade to a better Case, but it's not bad. For $178 and free shipping, I got a good value.
