I had a problem with my reservation because I wrote my name incomplete, I had to write it as it appears in the passport. Well, in customes service they worked hard to help me solve this impasse since the tickets were issued. In the end they succeeded and solved the situation. I booked and paid for my seats but I've been getting emails from Arangrant Support stating that my seats are no longer available and I need to select different seats. Today I received another email stating that the seats I selected are premium seats and I need to pay an additional $110.

We have booked Qatar business class tickets to fly from US to South Africa in Dec. 2023, travelling in Oct. 2024. In Aug. 2024, Qatar flight schedules changes invalidated our original route, and it took 5-6 different calls with Arangrant to solve the situation (re-book the flights). The Arangrant people on the call were very friendly, trying to help, but the overall process (Arangrant-Airlines) is not efficient and it took a few weeks to solve our case. It was a happy ending, but quite stressful along the way as we were not assured that a positive outcome is inevitable. Refunding was not an option for us.

As a first timer to international travel I needed help finding the shortest route to my destination, which involved traveling on two different airlines, one of which did not travel daily. Aron was very helpful in providing options with different pricing, not pushing me into any of them, and listening to my needs as someone with back issues. You guys are crooks. I bought a business-class flight to Singapore, and you have me coach from Austin to LA?! It's completely nuts. I called in August, and you just blew me off, broke my spirit, and did nothing. Additionally, you change my flight every couple of days. It is nuts.

There were a lot of promises that were made but could not be kept because the decision was out of their hand. We reserved first or business-class seats through AG, but one of the airlines does not honor the purchase. Apparently, there is nothing I or the agent can do!

Upon reviewing your interaction with the sales agent, it was noted that the flight option with American Airlines was discussed, specifically mentioning that the segment from Singapore to Tokyo would be in economy class.
This option was made because having all segments in business class would have resulted in a much higher fare. With that understanding, you agreed to the option provided and completed the booking. The tickets were booked and confirmed accordingly.

I was advised by the sales agent to purchase travel insurance at the cost of $756, which I did. When I asked for the policy and what's covered I received an email stating
"1. Health issues, hospitalization - refund 100%, if proof is provided.
2. Challenges with changing the dates - we got you covered, penalties waived, fare difference applied only.
Bad weather and missed connections - Give us a call, we will rebook you for the next available flight.
Mishandled bags - another great opportunity to work with us and have a seamless experience.
We'll work on your behalf with the airline to locate the lost bags or have you reimbursed for them.
$50 Discount voucher (per passenger) for your next trip.
Flight delay or cancellation situations. If your flight is delayed or canceled, you can receive reimbursement for additional expenses, such as hotel stays and meals."
My wife was hospitalized in Singapore and the bill was $20,000. I asked Arangrant about the insurance coverage, and the response was no, the insurance covers your flight. If you're hospitalized and you have to cancel your flight, if the airline approves you get a refund. This is not what the agent promised and I will never work with Arangrant. They are not trustworthy.

Answer: Hi Linda, thank you for your question. If the travel credits were issued from a previous booking with us, we can assist you with the rebooking, applying applicable fees. Please contact us at customercare@arangrant.com for further assistance.
Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
Answer: Almost impossible. Either they do not answer or another rep other than your rep answers and says they can not do anything, that they buy bulk tickets and you can not change ANYTHING and NO REFUNDS
