Immediately after expressing that I did not wish to have my order canceled, only to be provided with an updated ETA and shipping date/time, my order was canceled by Customer Service. Included updated transcript to show this.
Install was quickly done with no issues.
I was disappointed that even with White Glove Service the packaging was left in a pile on the garage floor. I assumed the old dishwasher and packaging would be taken.
The driver arrived early.
Very efficient and knowledgeable.

Ordered a dishwasher (Miele), supposed to come in 1 month, instead took 3 months of repeated calls and emails. Finally today it arrived, smashed into a million pieces. Looking at what they brought, it is incredible anyone would have delivered this. Even the delivery guys were perplexed.
The thing I give Appliances Connection credit for is that they did agree to a full refund. So at least they are not criminals, just incompetent.

I ordered a dishwasher, and before it arrived a refrigerator. My neighbor actually ordered a dishwasher around the same time.
All three arrived separately with damage. As far as I can tell they make a business out of reselling damaged goods. The delivery people are trained and even have managers they put you on with to hard press you to accept the goods so they can repair them later and/or give you a discount. After waiting so long in anticipation of your purchase you may be tempted to accept delivery but REFUSE. If you do buy from Appliances Connection be ready to thoroughly inspect and refuse delivery on anything with even a scratch. Don't talk to the manager they will want to put on who will try every tactic including scare tactics to get you to take it.
Install services are also terrible. They also claimed the dishwasher couldn't be installed but that's because the truck drivers they have do the installs have no idea what they are doing. It was later installed with zero issue by a real installer and all the extra parts they told me to buy were not needed.
After much hassle I got the dishwasher installed, front replaced and am just living with a dented $5k refrigerator they could not repair.
Buy from a reputable local dealer that will stick behind their end-to-end service.
We received a $10K range that did not work. They installed it completely wrong, damaged it further and won't refund or pick it up. Literally the gas valve was put on wrong. Their second installer told us it's now leaking gas. BUT appliance connection won't take it back. It's still sitting in our kitchen with the plastic wrap around it. They are saying we now have to deal with the manufacturer which has taken another month.
When we call AC they say someone will call us back and it never happens. We have decided to go to our bank for our refund...seems easiest at this point. ZERO STARS. Never buy from them, these guys are crooks.
Now I'm just waiting for someone to reply to this review with a useless website link like they've done for everyone else on here, without actually fixing anything.
Trying to buy a Vanity Desk and Mirror Set. Said it was Available but after a month they still could not ship. After shipping date changed several times got a notice that it was shipping even thru I had gotten a notice that it was delayed again they charged my card and gave notice it was shipping. Then got notice it would ship at a later date, then got notice it was not available, then got notice of order being canceled due to item was not available from manufacture. It was off there website last week but now back on Website listed as it could ship within 3 days. I will never try to order from them again. Not worth the hassle. See a number of reviews that seem to have had the same type of experience with them. Do Not Recommend this Company. They claim to have all this Stock but every item I have looked at on the site says Available can ship in a few days just like the item I tried to order. Seems to me they don't Stock anything and Totally dependent on Manufacture or Supplier to ship it to them once you order it in order to ship it to you. If they are as Great a Company as they claim to be you'd think they would have Reviews easy to find on their website, only found by doing a Google Search of Reveiws on them.
We ordered a trim kit for our microwave, it came in excellent condition. We are now waiting for installation and will send photos of how it looks in our kitchen.

Ordered a washer, dryer and fridge...pretty big order. The white glove service is a scam. Driver cancelled after we emptied our fridge, called back, said he would be late but would still make it... so we needed to empty the fridge again...He never called back and never showed up. At 930 pm we put everything back in the fridge. I have two babies and a dryer not working so I call the next day to ask when they will deliver now. They reply they sent it back to the warehouse so someone would call me back. They told us it would be delivered now on Friday. An hour later the e-mailed me and said no go for Friday and they would reach out. At this point I need to cancel; I have no way to do laundry for two weeks. I was just told I need to pay 800+ dollars for delivery since I am the one cancelling. Really? I get stuff happens but when you try to steal money for your failure to meet your promise something feels shady. I will keep everyone posted if the company makes good but right now, I am not hopeful. Save yourself a headache and go local! Wishing I had.
The ordering process was very good and easy. However our freezer was delivered without the ordered ice maker. This was confirmed by Appliance Connection the day of the delivery as a mistake. I have spent weeks trying to get resolution but nobody calls back and when I call get put on hold, passed around and told somebody will call me back. Still waiting after more than a months of calls. Just beware if something is not as ordered you will not get support.
I ordered the product on Friday, delivery was on the Monday, it was quick and nice services.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The items arrived as I was told no double talk or emails stating the goods were no longer available.

I bought a set of Speed Queen machines for washing and drying. Two different dryers showed up damaged. When the washer finally came in, it was broken as well. I was told they would have it repaired. After five weeks of no washer, they told me that all they could do was take it back because no one in New Hampshire would repair appliances sold by them. When I told them they had to take the dryer back because no one would repair it either, they told me no. I had to go out and buy replacement machines, and they refused to give me my money back. Be very careful. If anything goes wrong, they will head for the hills.
The 2 gentlemen called before they arrived and they arrived within the time frame. They did an excellent job.
The delivery personnel couldn't get the oven to fit. So left it connected but not slid in to place. I later got it to fit pretty easily. Not sure what happened there. I also thought they would be taking the packaging away with them but they left it in my driveway.
Received my dishwasher in concord, ca. The delivery guys dropped the dishwasher in my living room. I had installation and haul away. They did neither and where extremely rude to me. The dispatcher refused to try to make it better and then started to talk over me. All of the employees spoke English initially and then pretended they didn't understand English. Unfortunately for them I speak Spanish and they were insulting and extremely disrespectful of me and my wife. Don't buy from this company in Northern California. I can't speak for how they are everywhere else.
I ordered a propane heater for my shop on Nov 19,2022. I never received any kind of update during my wait. I contacted the company several times over a period of 2 months. Every time I called, I was told they had no idea where my order was...it was coming from a 3rd party. After waiting for 2 months, I had to beg them to send an email to this other company to find out where my order was. I was never informed of an answer and on Jan 30,2023 I was sent an email that my order was cancelled. Appliance Connection has no intent to provide customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience!

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
