Horrible experience. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! We bought a washing machine because they had the lowest price. Purchased on 12/20/17 and was told 4 to 5 days for it to be delivered. We assumed a few extra days due to the holidays. We called THREE times and were lied to all three times. So today we called for the fourth time, and learned that they did not even ship it out yet. It is not even on a truck but stuck in some vendor warehouse. Now they are telling us it would not be delivered until... they do not know when.
So as my anger was starting to grow over being lied to, I just told them to cancel the order and credit my credit card back ASAP. I was told that they did cancel the order and put in a credit on my card. So far no email with the cancellation and no credit.
Avoid them at all costs. They lie, their customer service is terrible, and they a complete fraud.
Believe the reviews - they are true. They have a one star rating for a reason.
I order a couch on their site because it said it would be delivered before the new year. It was a Christmas present for our new house. A while after the order they told me expected delivery would be in February. I told them that i wanted to cancel. There response was call customer service. They tried to get me to change my order to something else. I said i just wanted to cancel because i order another couch and it already been delivered. They said i can not cancel the order and that they would threaten legal action against me. For real that is how you treat a customer. These guys have no idea how to run an online business. After i got off the phone with the customer Representative they went ahead and charged my credit card on file with out my consent to do so. I would STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
After reading so many negative reviews I was very hesitant about placing an order for a refrigerator but I decided to take the risk and I was surprised about the experience my fridge arrived within a week (Im in Florida) and the delivery guys were great and the fridge was in perfect condition, I will but from you guys again no doubt about it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They advertise what they call a 30-day "Hassle Free 100% Refund Return" Policy. So untrue. A refrigerator was delivered defective/damaged. Not physically damaged/defective, but electronically. They said we should have not accepted this for delivery. Delivery guys were gone before the electronic glitch was discovered later that day. The Hassle Free Return will cost 10% restocking plus almost $600 in shipping! Stay away! Buy local.
I ordered a $700 armoire only to have it damaged in the front center. They offer a 95$ refund. What an insult. Also had a $200 night stand missing still yet to be found. Check the BBB website, this company is dog $#*!. Stay away.
I am so mad right now. I ordered a fridge on the 22nd of November (Order no *******). Got what I thought was a great deal and waited for my tracking info. On black Friday several outlets had this item for the same price and I could have purchased locally but on this site it came with a rebate. It wasn't until all the local sales were over that I received a cancellation order! I called and they said the item was no longer available, I said it sure is you guys currently have it listed for $500 more than the price I was supposed to get it for. All the local stores can still get it but again all the sales are over and its now $500 more. What a bunch of BS, you guys have literally cost me money on this deal. How is that good business. I offered you the opportunity to send me a comparable fridge at the same price and you said you couldn't. Completely unbelievable.
I wish I would have read all these reviews before I ordered. I ordered one bed and received one that was a different color and had a different headboard. Called them to return it and they said that I had to pay for shipping when it was their fault! I spoke to a rude guy named alex saying the lighting may have been different in the picture and thats why it light gray instead of dark gray.
We had a terrible experience with Appliances Connection. We received an item that was defected. We wanted to open the item in front of the driver but the driver was rushing the whole process and did not have time to even inspect it and we were blamed for not inspecting. Though we politely expressed our concerns to the management, we did not receive a pleasant response at all. We feel very bad that we were not valued as a customer. We trusted you to deliver us the right item in the right condition, as shown on the website. However, this did not happen. We will never shop here again.
This is our third order over the years from Appliances Connection. We like the ease of ordering as well as their delivery. Most courteous delivery people. I had an issue trying to figure out how the rebates work with our last order. I was helped in a fast manner over online chat and got all my questions answered.
I sent them a link to a price of an oven range from Best Buy, asking if they could price match it like they advertise. Danielle B said "Nope." So they do not price match and their customer service is terrible. Check all the other reviews and you will see this company FAIL all the way around. I would not do business with this company and would encourage you to do your research and check all of their reviews before you give them your money.
I ordered a stove and I got a stove hit by a fork life. The company was rude and not helpful. I have now a broken gas range and they closed my case without me having any say in the matter so that they didnt have to deal with it. All I wanted was a new gas range like I had payed for. Scam artists for sure. Beware.
Ordered a stove and paid for installation. Company contracted to deliver and install refused to install. Old stove removed and new one say for 3 weeks while we had to find a local electrician which added $650 to the purchase. Terrible customer service and will never buy from them again-will ship locally and happily pay more to ensure quality responsible helpful seller.
I really don't like leaving terrible reviews, but I gave them opportunity to fix it and instead it's like I'm dealing with a teenager or child. Didn't ship for 3 weeks when the item said in stock ready to ship, then I had to contact them for shipping link, and they changed the shipping to curbside when it was supposed to be brought in and inspected upon delivery. Just bad after bad after bad. Emailing customer service is a joke and probably a waste of your time. The deals are cheap, but it might not be worth your frustration. I could teach my 5 year old better customer service skills.
I bought the Microwave prior to Thanksgiving in 2017. It arrived with dents both in the front and the back of Microwave. I contacted the customer service. They asked my to send them the damaged photos so that they can claim it with delivery company.
So they think for themselves before they think about you.
I post this note for you to be aware of their products and customer service.
DO NOT BUY From here. THEY WILL COST YOU MONEY We purchased a stackable washer and dryer with the removal and installation. It took three weeks for someone to contact me to let me know that they, the delivery company, would drop the appliance at the curb. The delivery company could not and would not provide installation. The stackable unit is for a condominium and it cannot be left at a curb. Customer service has been a nightmare and will only communicate with an email ticket service, which requires a login and password with each point of communication. Not t mention that it takes a day to receive a response. Now, the only solution is for me to contract with a shipping company to return the unit from some shipping warehouse in an unknown location. And then, I can receive 75% of my purchase back. In total, this experience will take nearly three months and cost me 25% of my purchase and whatever the return shipping costs are.
Easy customer service and processed my return quickly. I like that the CS department can be done via email instead of phone calls
I love my theater furniture and ottoman, i just need a few more pieces to complete my theater room. I am searching on appliance connection now.
The appliance arrive at my house so I got on their website to check on the electrical plug and it had not shipped. While I was on the web site I noticed that they had the same product advertise for $126.00 less so I asked them about the price match. They told me once the product shipped they don't price match according to their policy. So needless to say the day I received my product I paid more for it than Best Buy and they were selling it for. There is no 30 day price match guarantee with this company.
Ordered a 60 inch Viking Vent Hood with white glove delivery and full installation which was about 200 dollars extra.
The delivery guys showed up in a rented truck and refused to do anything more than bring it into the garage. No White Glove -- No INSTALLATION!
I did get an immediate refund on white glove and installation, but still have to figure out how to get the vent hood installed now.
The delivery guys were rude, ignorant, disrespectful, and couldn't care any less of not doing their jobs.
You may save money but it is not worth it. There was a problem with the appliance we ordered and I spent many hours on hold trying to resolve the issue. I shipped it back on my dime and still no refund or resolution months later. Nightmare.
Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
