I purchased my freezer from AppliancesConnection and I love it, the ordering process was fast and easy and the delivery was easy too, however the freezer was dented but the company gave me a credit to take care of that and that was good with me. I will definitely be using them again on my next purchase! And I would recommend them to anyone looking to make a purchase.
There was a stock issue on my order. The company replaced the original range with a newer model. Although the newer model was a higher price, AC did work with me on this increase. Initially I was very upset, particularly since I had to find out on my own that the range was out of stock and discontinued... I did end up paying more than what my original order was for, however we agreed on an amount which satisfied both parties. Their prices are comparable if not better than many online sites which I had searched and compared the products. I would order from Appliances Connection again, next time asking detailed questions regarding stock.

It was 20 days between when I ordered it and when it arrived. To me, that's too long for an item that is "in stock and ready to ship." They didn't even ship it for over a week. After I noticed they were not shipping, I emailed to cancel the order so I could order from a faster source. They took a couple of days before answering my email. Then, instead of cancelling it as I asked, they just said it was confirmed to ship out the next day. Though, it didn't ship out the next day. It was several days after that. The only way I would buy from appliances connection again is if I was in no hurry whatsoever to get it.

Great prices, but in return you get dishonesty, poor service, and poor delivery.
The salesman told me my item was in stock and would arrive in 5 business days - several business days before Christmas. Very long story short, after repeatedly telling me whatever I wanted to hear, I finally learned from the shipping manager that the salesman was flat lying about shipping expectations and that there was nothing that could or would be done. The shipping manager committed to having the sales manager call me to talk about how the dishonesty would be handled, and two months later I've heard nothing.
What I had been told would arrive no later than 12/22 finally showed up on 1/5 incomplete.

I recently purchased a Pilates reformer machine for $4,280. Some how I touched PayPal instead of PayPal credit. I called costumer service, and talked to an agent named Candace. She was very professional and nice. Not only she adviced me how I could fix the payment problem, but also took the time to write me to tell me the problem was fixed. I bought this machine from Appliance Connection because they were at least $500 cheaper than other sites. Once my machine arrives, I will update my review. Thank you Candace for your great service!

I ordered a vanity for a great price, I paid for it, and they gave me a confirmation that my order will ship in about a month and that they had processed my order. After waiting an entire month, they let me know that they canceled my order and that I could purchase the SAME EXACT vanity from them for $500 more. I called to ask them why they canceled my order and they told me that they made a mistake on the price and they were not about to lose money. They also told me that I was wasting their time, even though I waited over a month to receive my order that they canceled. Horrible customer service, management, and one of the worst companies I have ever ordered from.

This is the single-handedly the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Incompetent, irrational, I am starting to also believe immoral and illegal. Heed the warning and do not do business with these people even if it saves you tons of money. In the long run you will pay more, trust me. We purchased 8k worth of appliances for the kitchen on 12/12, received 3 pieces on the 12/23. Reported to them that the third piece was missing from the truck. I week later we call to get an update which they promised they would provide after 3 days of original call, they state they didn't even know it was missing. Told us they would "help us" find it like they were doing us a favor. Another week goes by still tells us they are "working hard" to find our fridge for us. We go get a replacement locally. So now they tell us once they find out we replaced it they will only give us a partial refund that their return policy conditions require a stocking fee and we lose the bundle discounts. Remember we never received the product so how is there a "return fee". Anyway still dealing with this today. 2/11. Still have not gotten the refund promised by the store manager and still dealing with them through BBB. I also got an email asking for my review for store credit. LOL you can keep the store credit but here's my review...

CONSUMERS, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! YOU WILL THINK OF ME IF YOU BUY FROM THESE PRICKS
So I placed my order on Dec 29,2017. Here it is Feb 6,2018. Apparently Appliancesconnection will gladly take your hard earned money with "Quickship, in stock, ready to ship" promises, but then have you wait over 4 weeks for your $#*!. I called AM trucking and was told only 1 of 2 was received in their warehouse. So... the the other loveseat just left NY Jan 31. WTF! When I called 2 weeks ago, the nice lady at AM didn't tell me that, obviously. Also, they didn't receive the invoice for the 1 loveseat until mid January. Wtf! Here it is, 38 or so days later, the estimated delivery was Jan 31,2018 and the "missing" loveseat just left NY. Delivery of both is now scheduled for Friday which I highly doubt. Here's a funny story, I celebrated my birthday on the floor with no damn furniture. Awesome service guys. You suck. Your shipping sucks. Your company sucks. I guess that's the catch. But who really cares right. NO one cares about good service nowadays. You just lost repeat business. But you don't care, right. I have a solution for your criminal ways though. When those $#*!s get here, I'm' going to hop my black $#*! on the back of that truck and inspect my $#*! right there. If I notice damage, no signature over here, no need to offload $#*! $#*! boys. Keep it moving. I'll simply start the refund process with my attorney, and get all my hard earned moneys back through my bank. Thank you, $#*!heads.

Ordered recliner on 12/6 with guarantee to get by 12/18. Ended up getting on 2/1/18. We needed it by Christmas. Read the reviews on here and Yelp and see why u shouldn't do business with this place!

I made a large order 11/2017 and still have not received my merchandise. I have been told many things from this company to the company they use for shipping. I have not heard the same story twice. I inform any buyer that this is not a reputable nor a respectful staff of people. When you express your frustration with your service they are out right rude and nasty. Even make you feel as if you don't accept there unprofessionalism what can you do. I was greeted with you will have to accept the merchandise basically trying to deter me from cancelling then I was greeted with a bill for over $1000 dollars for shipping and I have not even received any of a $5000 order not one single piece. Please beware this company is terrible. Further I will be contacting Ashley and other vendors they work with to make them aware of what kind of company is representing their product. I wish I could have give a negative star.

Stay away from this company. They are scammers. I bought a furniture from them and it was totally different from what is posted on line when it was delivered. Also delivered 10 days after the proposed delivery date. I refused to take the furniture and sent it back. They refused to refund me. After so much hassle they gave me partial refund for no apparent reason. They also went to their website and changed the picture of the furniture to claim they sent the right one. Poor customer service and trained to scam. Worst customer service experience I had.

Take my advise... DO NOT USE this company. I have tried for months to get my money back on an appliance that they could NOT deliver to me. I have been in a customer service role for 35 years and they need to learn how that works. As of now, I am out 570.00 and still trying to get the balance of my money back. They say they will not refund... seriously DO NOT use them.

On December 27th we ordered 3 items from the Appliance Connection website that all said they were in stock and ready to ship for a January 3rd delivery. After a week goes by and we wonder why there has been no shipping confirmation we contact Appliance Connection. We are then notified that the website is inaccurate and that the items will ship this week and arrive the following week Ok. Another week goes by and we contact them again and they tell us, Well, one of the items is out of stock for 2 months and the other two havent shipped yet but they will soon. As of right now tracking information shows 2 of the 3 items that we ordered will be delivered on January 26th one month after we ordered them. They never communicated with us, we always had to contact them. Their website misled us and they continuously misled us when we called. We went with them because they showed 3 of 3 items we wanted in stock when no one else did and it turns out that their site is designed to show false information. My favorite quote from support is, Please allow up to 72 business hours for the tracking to update. Assuming there are 8 business hours in 1 business day then 72 business hours is 9 business days or two weeks. They literally told us to wait two weeks for tracking on their website to update.
3 days after purchasing a fridge off their website our order was abruptly cancelled with no explanation!
DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Appliances Connection never shipped and repeatedly lied about shipping my order. I confirmed this over the phone and online w/UPS on a daily basis. In addition, Appliances Connection charged my credit card without ever shipping my order. Finally, they continue to keep the money they wrongly charged against my credit card as an interest free loan, and are delaying my demand for a refund and cancellation of the order. This is outrageous behavior by a company in the USA.
Timeline:
-12/16/17 Placed order for a cooktop $694 -1/4/18 Appliances Connection (AC) charges my credit card $694; sends me UPS tracking number
-1/5/18 through present: UPS confirms to me that UPS never received the cooktop or any other item for me from AC
-1/5/18 through present: AC informs me that item has shipped w/a delivery date of 1/12/18 to me -1/14/18 I request AC to cancel order and immediately refund full amount charged to my credit card
-1/14/18 AC informs me that refund request will take 5 business days to complete
I'm not very tech savvy but the website was easy to navigate. I have a small home so always need to find compact sizes of furniture, etc. I found the 18" dishwasher that I was looking for quickly at a reasonable price. I also bought my refrigerator from Appliances Connection last year. When I called customer service, they were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They helped me throughout my selection, purchase and shipping process. I would buy from them again. That said, next time I will ask more questions about how the shipping works. The shipper was YF Logistics. For both products they just didn't give the correct information about delivery. Once my products were delivered however they both have been working great!
Price was decent. I selected in home delivery only to find out that whoever delivers in our area doesnt do in home delivery. Then the guy told me the refrigerator would come with the handles NOT attached & they were easy to put on. They were attached so my husband had to take the door off the hinges to get it in.
Although we ordered and paid for a new dishwasher, Appliances Connection delivered a used and nonfunctional one. We are now more than six weeks into trying to resolve this problem but have not had any forward movement. There is no way I would ever order anything from this company again. Working with them has been a nightmare. They don't return phone calls, and their hold times to talk to "customer service" are ridiculous..
Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
