I had problems downloading the nearly one gigabyte installer program on to my next book using the mobile hotspot feature on my smart phone. Your tech guy gave me the solution! Since I already had Avast Internet Security on my netbook (license was about to expire), all I had to do was go into settings and update the license key/code. That eliminated the need for downloading and reinstalling the program!

The only slightly confusing thing about the experience was the licence key was not obvious on the final page. I missed it the first time, clicked on the download link and then searched for several minutes trying to find the key in those following pages.
