THE PRODUCT HAD A PROBLEM I HAD TO GO TO WEBROOT DIRECTLY TO GET AN OTHER DOWNLOAD TO FIX.
The live chat was super easy to follow and the rep was very helpful. I'm a first time buyer of internet security from Trend Micro. However, once I received my product via email, I could not install because of how confusing the directions were. The email told me to click on the link for instructions, which took me to the TrendMicro site with a million downloads (a bit exaggerated), which told me I should have received directions via email! I am not very savvy when it comes to installing software. It was so overwhelming that I had to pay $40 for a tech to install it remotely! Simplify, simplify, simplify! Install instructions for dummies, please!

I was very pleased to be able to order Kapersky Total Security for 1 device only. I had only seen 3 device packages for more money and I don't need but 1 per year. I called to get help to install and they didn't install correctly the first time but they called me to do it again and it worked perfect. They were very helpful and kind as I am not the hi tech guru!
