I ordered a cell phone, it came quickly but did not work. After having them tell me to go purchase diagnostic equipment so that I could repair it, I returned the phone. They have not refunded my money. (3 months and several reminders have been met with polite "we will refund your money soon" answers but still no refund.). The returns process is very expensive because you have to pay for return postage back to hong kong. BEWARE when dealing with them.
I bought a helmet camera at ankaka. It is beyond expectation, very endurable. It records everything on my bike rides!

I bought a FlashTab D1: Android 4. 0. 3 Ice Cream Sandwich Tablet, Multi-Touch 7" Capacitive Screen, 1.5G CPU, 3840x2160 Video, HDMI, Camera, Flash from ankaka on March. This is a great tablet. Much better than Ainol tablets. Faster and official andorid market!
Total waste of time and money. They sent me used faulty goods with missing instructions and accessories. After 2 months of emailing I am no further to getting any repsolve.
Now they want me to pay for postage and will charge 20% restocking fee. I dont trust them enough to risk the postage back and dont think I will ever get my money back.

I have to admit, I was very concerned with ordering something from Hong Kong. I had a few questions about the waterproof digital camera I wanted and contacted the online chat. I was very impressed with the representative. She was polite, knowledgeable and we did not have the language problem I had anticipated. I received my order within the time frame she quoted and was pleased with it. I would definitely order from them again.
I was looking to purchase a digital camera for myself and after doing a whole bunch of comparison shopping, I located Ankaka.com. The prices were unbelievable! Being a camera novice, I contacted customer service. I asked a ton of questions for the product I was interested in. The customer service agent was extremely knowledgeable and patient! Needless to say, I bought my first digital camera. Shout Out to Ankaka!
I received my tablet after about 2 weeks, I was expecting a longer time frame then that, so it was a pleasant surprise. I found the site easy to navigate and the prices very affordable for my budget. I'm happy with my experience and will be ordering again!

This site erroneously charged my penpal account without any authorization from me for $274.30 for an android phone which I did not order... bogus, bogus, bogus... I reported it immediately and reported it to my bank as well. I will NEVER EVER use pen pal again either now.
I was looking for someplace where I could purchase affordable car accessories online. A good friend informed me at about Ankaka, so I figured that I would give them a try.
After looking through the website, I have to say that I was very pleased to see such affordable prices. I originally went to the website looking for a Bluetooth device for my car so that I can drive and have conversations on my cell phone safely. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could purchase a quality Bluetooth headset between $26-$60. I eventually decided to purchase the Bluetooth device that mounts on the rearview mirror and at less than $50 it was a good price given that it came with a FM transmitter.
I should note that this is a wholesale website, so if you are looking to take advantage of the discounted prices you will have to buy a minimum of 5 of each item…. Unless of course the website says otherwise. I just decided to buy 5 and give the other 4 away as gifts.
Overall, Ankaka.com is a good website for anyone that is interested in purchasing quality electronic items at an affordable prices.
Got my tablet in a timely matter. In good shape. It was wrapped factory sealed. I like it very useful. Great company, I will do business with them again.

I have bought a watch from Ankaka.com. The item arrived late, it was faulty and used (plenty of scratches and marks). These despite that it is advertise as new. Now they refuse to provide a refund even though the they agreed to take the item back. Also they blatantly refused to pay for postage back. This company is a fraud. It is a waste of money and time. Do not buy from them. You are better off spending your money somewhere elsewhere.
Bought a laser pointer which arrived after two weeks and did not work. Tried to return for refund, but company did not refund money in spite of multiple efforts including PayPal inquirey. I advise not buying anything from this company due to their poor customer service (and product).
I bought a laser light for $60 about a month ago. It still isn't at my door and tracking info sent to me says it's still en route from China.
After contacting Ankaka they told me to check with USPS. Waited on USPS customer service for close to 2 hours and gave up. Screw these guys.
You don't want to order from these people! I bought the Android Eclipse Duel sim phone. Everything seems fine until you have a problem. My phone died after 5 weeks. They had me take it to a cell phone repair place, who could not work on it because none of the parts are available here in the US. The phone is a knock off of a Samsung phone, (think about how the Chinese copy music). The next option is to ship it back to China. When I bought the phone I paid $18 for express shipping and it came DHL, To ship it back I went to Fed Express and they wanted $105, DHL wanted $95, the US Post Office priority mail was $32 which is how I shipped it. It took three tries for the Chinese Post Office to find anyone there, I believe it is only a closet they use to get mail. Six weeks later they have mailed the phone back and did not reimburse my shipping. I am now $172 into a very marginal phone that has a useless warranty. UPDATE June 28th Still struggling with the phone, when back from repair it was dead out of the box, they will not pay for shipping back for re-repair. Took it back to local repair shop, can't be repaired here. Ankaka will not pay for it to go back re-repair, made me buy a $12 flashing cable and sent a flashing program for Windows XP, still does not work. It's all about stall and postpone until the worthless warranty has expired.
Ordered my barcelona phone 3 months ago, it still hasn't arrived. Ankaka informed me my only options were to wait until they figured out what happened to the package, or buy another one from them. Seller responsibility doesn't seem to exist and the customer service is complete useless.
So far, it's ok. I haven't received my watch phone yet but then again, I only placed the order a couple of days ago. MY review is mostly about their web site. It takes FOR. EV. ER. To load. I have a fast computer and other sites load in no time at all. Ankaka.com needs to work on this. I almost got frustrated and went to a different site to make my purchase. Luckily for them, they had the item at a better price.
