Guys, this company is not bad if you are lucky to not to get problems with a stuff you bought. But if your stuff is faulty, so you actually realise that you are left alone. They are not going to help you in any way. Me and my friend we had a bad experience with this company. I bought lenovo phone. They send me the phone without any written warranty. When I asked them about it, they explaine, that warranty is the order number... ok. But after the 45days something happend with a pbone. I could not charge it. I write a letter to ankaka.com and they answer to me:
"Dear customer,
Sorry to hear this, have you ever download any softwares before it cannot work?
Since the phone has used for more than 2 months, we cannot confirm this case from our side according your info.
We hope you can check it from your side or at local repair service to check.
Best regards.

I write them back that I used just the google play store and nothing else, but I didn't got an answer.
So, I repaired my phone by myself... never ever again from ankaka.com.

Venditore non affidabile, scarsa comunicazione oserei dire assente, regole scritte in calce sul sito non rispettate, a distanza di 7 giorni dall'acquisto il pacco non era neanche pronto per la spedizione, anzi mi hanno risposto che avevano bisogno di altri 8 giornì, diffidate.

Never shipped product. Strung me along for months with false promises, blaming Chinese customs, Chinese postal service, and US postal service. Tracking number indicated that product was never picked up at origin. Eventually, I asked for refund, and they permanently quit responding.
They are simply a fraud I ordered couple of lasers twice and the products never came and after a while got a refund for a one but nothing for the other order so far and it has been over 4 months now.

Can not get delivery, 6 e-mails no response, Tracking Service No Shipment 8-10 times, bad reports here on line, I have American Express canceled and refunded payment.
I ordered a phone, it didn't work so I returned it. They received and confirmed it did not work. Then promised me a refund. They never sent it. Now, 6 months later they don't even respond to my emails. $60 down the drain. Please avoid these people. They are dishonest.
This campany sucks. I order devices from them by they send to wrong address. They use China post which ship my product to the wrong country. I will never buy anything from them again.
Ordered item and after 8 weeks checked to find out where it was... it was delivered to an incorrect address... they are not willing to assist in my getting the item "It was delivered - purchase again" is all that they will say.
