I recently ordered 6 Room heater through Amazon India. Out of 6, only 1 room heater was delivered and that too without manufacturer's box. I raised complaint on this delivery issue. I was told that the investigation will be done on it. After a week when I enquired, I was told that the items were delivered as ordered and they can not do anything on it. But 5 items were missed in the delivery. I tried to contact customer support multiple times. But they did not bother to resolve my undelivered item issue. They said that this is the max they can do on this order and abruptly disconnected my call when I tried to ask them the remedy to solve it. I think Amazon India have trained their customer support reps to respond like this if they encounter any delivery related issues.

I found that Amazon India did not bother if any delivery issue happens on the items ordered in their website. In my case I am not sure whether my order was not handled properly at their Warehouse, or it was mishandled during the delivery transit. I was under impression that Amazon India will take the full responsibility till the ordered Items are delivered to the destination address. But Amazon India is not bothered to take any responsibility till its delivery to the destination address.

I have been making lot of purchase via Amazon India with the hope that it is secured, and the delivery will be handled properly. I am also an Amazon Prime member. All my previous orders were delivered properly. But the recent experience with them makes me realize that if any issue happens on the delivery, Amazon India will not bother to handle it for us.

After his purchase I am totally disappointed with the irresponsible customer service provided by Amazon India. Hence forth I decided not to purchase any items through Amazon India.

Be careful while making purchase via Amazon India. They dont bother to address our delivery issues if something goes wrong in the transit. Stay away from Amazon India.

In a row, four times, I have been duped by such a famous site. As now they are established, so they have started duping us out of our money. I ordered 'the Clownfish 13 inch / 14 inch Synthetic Signature Series Laptop and Tablet Bag - Macbook Air, Macbook Pro Laptop Bag' but the bag is instead a sack, too big in size and very inferior PVC quality. And the services are too poor the delivery agent does not contact, instead I have to contact them

Its been so frustrating to know that Amazon India has tied up with fraud sellers (Fizzics_India) etc to maximise profits

I purchased laptop with 6 month warranty, however when contacted customer services they denied to obliged to warranty

I had ordered Nokia 225(4G), renewed mobile through Amazon on 20/07/2021 with order number **************555, price 3098/- but on 27/07/2021 I have very old and different mobile type of nokia mobile received, renewed mobile does not mean that the mobile will deliver the same old one, Amazon has cheated me a lot, when I talked to Amazon customer, it took 4 days to check, they Checked on 01/08/2021 and told that my product will be returned on 02/08/21, product return on 02/08/21 where house has reached on 08/08/2021, but seller and Amazon mine 3098/- Not giving, Amazon is doing huge froud with me, please help me, Rajeev

Amazon is a great e-commerce site. It's primary motive is customer satisfaction that's make it one of the most popular e-commerce site. My experience with Amazon is fast and awesome

I ordered Sennheiser CX 275s earphones from AMAZON but they failed the SENNHEISER AUTHENTICATION TEST. The earphones were counterfeit.

So I asked Amazon to send a replacement. The new product failed the authentication test too. This product was also counterfeit.

So when and if you buy from amazon, BEWARE the product might be a FAKE. Don't forget to check their authenticity before accepting.

As compensation, AMAZON decided to pay 50 rupees. Shameful!

All products and service in this website is worthful. Even though the returns also in the site is very easy and refunds also reflected in the mode of payment as soon as immediately returned.

I'd give negative overall rating, if possible. I keep getting error messages when I try to order and the customer service ppl are so useless
