I ordered a poster over five weeks ago and still have not received it. After calling continuously for days, I was told that they would escalate my order and would be overnighted! Never happened! Customer Service advised that they did a "reshipment" and I would receive the order in 2-3 business days. To date, no poster! Horrible customer service. Everyone you deal with are total morons!
I had bought a jigsaw puzzle and said it would be shipped within two days. Four days later I wrote to them asking if there were any problems with my product. They answered they checked and they didn't have any on stock and didn't know when they would restock. At that time I checked the site and they said they had two in stock! So they just don't update their information!
I don't know what would've happened if I hadn't wrote to them because apparently they don't have the good enough service to let me know they don't have my product on stock while selling it. Never buying from them again!
I thought I would write a review for Allposters.com as I was nervous about spending so much money on a website that has such bad reviews. I gave it a shot and am really happy I did. I ordered two framed pictures and they came on time (exactly when they were supposed to) and they were in great condition.
The only reason for 4 stars is because the website said the pictures would be 32x32, and the ones I received were 31x31. Not a dealbreaker, but I really wanted a specific size for the location as I was matching size to another picture on the same wall.
I've ordered from a competitor in the past (who is no longer in business) and the first 2 framed pictures had to be returned due to sloppy work. The next 2 I received looked better, but one still had an obvious separation on one of the corners of the frames. I kept them due to not wanting to deal with another return. This separation ultimately caused the frame to break years later, hence why I needed replacements.
The pictures I received had no such issues, the frames looked great, the posters looked good, and the non glare glass is nice as well. I would definitely order from this website again. I hope this helps someone make that decision.
I ordered a poster on 7/2/2020 and never received it. Allposters kept telling me there was a delay and it would be received soon. In August still no poster! At the end of August I requested a refund and now it is September and still no refund! The guarantee is fictitious and for that matter so are their products. ************** is the order number and now their statement shows the order is cancelled... so where is my money?
I am extremely appalled by the lack of customer service from your company. I placed an order on September 1st. I have contacted you three times and have been told that the order is being processed yet I was billed the day the order was placed. Your shipping policy is complete bull$#*!. The last time I spoke to your customer service rep. I was told there was delay with my order and that the order would be processed in three days. It is now Sept. 15th and the order still has not been shipped. I will never order anything from you people again and will never ever recommend you.
What ever u do. Do not order. Takes forever to come. Not reliable.
It took more than 4 weeks and yet I have not seen the poster. No tracking Id given.

I ordered a pocket planner on dec 29,2013. The estimated delivery was January 8th, 2014 and I've never recieved the package. Even when I tracked it, it hasn't been updated since they "shipped" the item. I called fedex and they said they never recieved anything from them. Turns out, this website is bogus. They didn't even shipped out my planner. Would recommend my friends and family to never order anything off their website. Disappointed.
The qualitg of the poster was good but they gave me the wrong poster. It was of the same movie and the same price but it was not the poster i ordered. I ordered the one of edward and bella and i got the one with edward, bella and that stupid dog
I ordered a number of 11x14 prints and although the prints are fine, they are not 11x14. They are smaller than that and I'm sure that saves them some money on ink. One of them is LESS than 9x13 and you are selling this as an 11x14 print? RIDICULOUS! If you are selling prints at a certain size then they should match the advertised size. Now I have framed pictures that don't look great at all because the prints are so much smaller than the matte. Oh well, i will not ordering from art.com or allposters again.
This website has great prices and a ton of selection. I ordered 2 items, one Thin Lizzy and one Led Zeppelin poster. I received them within 5 days as expected, but wasn't overly satisfied when I opened the package. The Thin Lizzy poster was great, had good color and was printed on quality poster paper. But when I unrolled the Led Zeppelin poster, I was extremely disappointed. It was printed on a cheap, thin piece of paper and the picture was blown up so much that I could almost count the pixels. I checked and it is only offered in one size (24x35 in.). As a company that specializes in posters, they should be able to look at the poor quality of this poster and realize that it should be printed with much smaller dimensions which would eliminate the pixel problem. I will likely not order from here again.
Ordered a large item Dec 4 with estimated delivery Dec 14-18. Clearly a Christmas gift and it said it would arrive in time for Christmas. When I kept checking on it the message said it was being prepared for delivery and delivery date would not change. On Dec 18 Amazon sent me an email to contact seller that it had not shipped and they replied I would receive it in up to ten days. On the latest estimated delivery date they shipped it ground shipping from California to Virginia with estimated arrival date of Dec 26. I emailed them that it was a Christmas present and they needed to speed up shipping or send me another by air and get it here before Christmas and I did not receive a reply and had to order product from another vendor for $10 more to arrive in 2 days. Amazon canceled my order but now I can't leave bad feedback for them which appears to be why they have a high rating on Amazon.
These guys went all out, sending/resending my poster THREE times until I got one that was not damaged.
They were so responsive each time I emailed, communicated clearly, and quickly sent a replacement poster.

I bought 3 music t-shirts and they were of inferior quality- akin to the rock t-shirts sold at Queen Victoria Market at Melbourne. Its the same quality. I was expecting the fabric to be of a better quality as the the website proclaimed SOFTER THAN USUAL t-shirts but it is severely misleading. Cotton On t-shirts are way cheaper, softer and of a better quality. Paid so much for shipping for such low quality t-shirts. What a rip off. Never again.
I had ordered a postered and had it shipped to my house of a poster that was a little bit difficult to find anywhere else that is also affordable for a budget. I was originally looking forward to receiving my new poster until it had arrived and what arrived was not what I was expecting to find. The poster itself was smaller dimensions then what was put on the order sheet. I have no idea whether or not I got the wrong poster or if they just have it wrong on their website but that was the first thing I found I was severely displeased with. Then I as I was unrolling the poster from the packing material that was used in shipping that had completely folded and flattened it like a paper fan. Even with the poster hanging on the wall anyone is clearly able to see the fold creases on it which in my opinion is not worth the money. I will admit that this site does have good poster designs but with the way my shipping was handled I am definably NEVER going to purchase from this company again. I would now have rather spent the extra money on a different site that I found or even spent more time looking for it in stores somewhere then have ordered this. Please if you are looking for a good quality poster look somewhere else. This is not the place to order from with the way that they have treated their products for shipping. I am highly highly disappointed in this product and I will continue to encourage everyone to not purchase from them at all or even again. This company is not worth spending money on with the way that they treated my product for shipping.
I ordered two posters from this company. The posters were cheaper than any place and the shipping wasn't bad. Somewhere between the shipping and arriving at my house, my package was open. I contacted poster revolution and they are sending my the replacement poster expedited. The shipping took about a week but I loved the service I got with the company.
I ordered an acrylic picture on line with AllPosters. It was more money that I had intended to pay but decided it was a nice treat for my new home.
I was given an estimated deliver date of between 17th and 21st August. A 2 week delivery was a lot longer than I would usually agree to but decided 2 weeks would be ok. However, I didn't get an opportunity to indicate what to do with the parcel if I wasn't around.
I received several promotional emails but no update on my delivery.
On the 20th, I received an email telling me they were encountering problems with their shipping department. I received an apology and that someone would be in touch to confirm a new delivery date.
On 29th August, I received an email telling me the item was out of stock!
Why wasn't I told that when I placed my order rather than waiting 3 weeks to tell me!? I've waited for almost a month for an item that doesn't exist!
I won't be using AllPosters again.

DO NOT BUY FROM POSTER REVOLUTION. We had a miserable experience. Did not get the posters we paid for and after 4 months, they refused to refund money or send new posters. Arrogant customer support and demeaning behavior. These are their words " you can do what you want. Take it up with your credit card company". How can a business take your money and not deliver the promised goods?
I ordered 2 t-shirts on sale from their website on the 25th of November and it was shipped 2 days later via World Wide Customs Brokers (without tracking). I received it today and the t-shirts were exactly as described. I did, however, email their customer service (by replying the order confirmation email) a few days ago regarding the status of my order and received a very prompt and helpful reply advising me to contact them again on the 23rd of December if my order still hadn't arrived so they could arrange for a replacement to be sent. Thankfully, that was not necessary. Now that I know the shipping time from the US to Australia is about 25 days, I'm quite happy to order from them again when they have sales.
I couldn't be happier. I was re-decorating my house and loved this picture on a popular high end website. The price for it was approx $550 (and it was on sale). I searched and came across the same picture on this site. They were having a sale that included free shipping. With it framed and matted the total was $180. Same size, same picture, everything. The frame wasn't amazing looking or anything but it still looked very nice. It arrived in a week, well packaged. I will be using this site again for sure!
We ordered these 2.5 weeks before we needed them and select 2 day shipping. After a week, they weren't here. I did a chat with the company where I was told today shipping is only from the time it ships. I was guaranteed it would ship on April 10 and be here April 12. On April 13, they still weren't there. I chatted with them again. This time I was told that expedited shipping is 2-4 days and I would get them April 14. TOO LATE! Our prom is on April 14. Can't happen now! I have saved transcripts that show I was promised the 12th. A company shouldn't promise what they can't deliver. Plus, we are in the age of Prime; 2 day needs to mean 2 days. If not, change the wording.
Answer: They look good but are mounted on a very flimsy frames.
