After setting the system up initially - which could be made slightly easier but is ok once you get the hang of it - it works great. Just by way of comparison, one of my little dogs is epileptic. The local Walgreens charged over $85 and here I am getting a bigger bottle for only $24.99!
I found Allivet by chance and have been using them for my pets' medication. When I first used them, there was some "hiccups" in obtaining my pets prescription from the vet however after that it has been a smooth purchase. Just don't wait till you're too close to running out of meds. I've referred several family and friends to them. Honestly I haven't compared prices because of their reliability.
I have 3 dogs, two of them seniors. I save so much money by ordering their meds on Allivet! It's an easy site to use, they call the vet for me to get the Rx and customer service is great. I also order non Rx stuff as well. All name brands and good quality.
The communication, customer service and the prices are the best I've found. If there is a problem, they will contact you by phone to get it resolved. I highly recommend these guys to all my pet owner friends.
Great pharmacy with good prices. Phone service is a little slow if you need it but people working are very helpful. Have to mail in rx.'s for my blind dog only because my vet's office doesn't deal with internet companies. But they update refills online good, so you know where your at to re-order.
Have dealt with Allivet over five or more years. I cannot recall any time where there was a mix-up with an Order or a delay in shipping. Cost is always lower than vet office and other online pharmacies.
I've ordered wit Allivet a few times now and even signed up for auto-ship, which is working out well. They are very responsive and overall I've been satisfied with their website. The reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the shipping provider. I've been tracking my most recent package, which still arrived within 5-10 business days, as I selected. However, the shipping provider (USPS) had my package travel all over; when it was in a bordering state it traveled further before coming to me.
I started ordering my dog's prescription from Allivet several years ago because they had the best price on this medication needed for a chronic condition. I'm so pleased with how easy it is to reorder. They save my information and contact my vet if needed. Today I also found out their site worked fine on my cell phone!

I have contacted their customer service a couple times and they were very helpful and professional. I called to update my payment method and they even took $5 off my order. Finally, package always arrive promptly, sometimes even sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
Have been using Allivet since my dachshund was diagnosed with Cushing disease. They have the best prices. I have checked multiple other websites because Logan will be on this medication the rest of his life. No one has been able to beat their price. As I stated earlier - great prices and quick, reliable shipping.

Allivet is the WORST pet supply company! As others have noted, to get through on the phone is practically impossible. Their ship time is Very Slow. If you want something shipped from them, plan way ahead. Better yet, don't use them. I'm done.
We have a dog who requires prescription allergy meds which can be very expensive. I have shopped around and Allivet has the best prices and are extremely responsive, contacting our Vet in a timely manner. They also provide great customer service and I always promptly receive my order.

They don't tell you a lot of stuff about your order. Their website is painfully slow and you have to enter things multiple times. Then, the free shipping takes 3 times longer than usual to receive... :/

I have not received my pet's medication for nearly two months, even though they were quick to charge my card. I have tried calling numerous times, but I was placed on hold for over twenty minutes each time.
I tried contacting them via email, with absolutely no answering. This is horrible service, especially if your pet requires medications. Please use your local vet as this site will not deliver your meds. I will be disputing the charges through my credit card company to get a refund. If anyone at allivet is reading this, my order number was SO-*******
Site is simple to navigate and price is far less than vet or other sites. Auto ship will give you an additional discount. My dogs heart pills are extremely expensive so any additional money off is helpful
I've been using this vendor for about a year. Prices are fair. Delivery is prompt but at a price. I like how Allivet will get prescription renewals on your behalf. Live customer service is a bit weak.
