The filter was shipped the same day I ordered it, and we received it very quickly. It was exactly what we needed and I could tell the pool was very happy. We'll order with All Filters again!
The good news is that your filter prices were good and that one box of filters were delivered on time.
The bad news is that contact by me had to be made to customer service in order to have the 2nd box of filters shipped in which that deliver was approx 3 days late. Not sure who dropped the ball but lets hope that this isn't common practice by All Filters.
