Overall ordering and receiving order is great. Receiving an email to state receipt that then takes you to a review tab is ridiculous and then to be recontacted on it even more so.

Order was originally shipped to incorrect address. Spoke to a female agent and she apparently informed customer service. I later received a polite letter informing me that my order has been again shipped but to the correct address

This is my go-to place for the Spiro-Pure Sp-pd10 filters. The filters are a must for our whole-home, in-line sediment filter because we're on a well. They work great.
I didn't notice this before, but the filter I received last time seems to be slightly shorter or doesn't fit tightly between the top and bottom structures. When I removed it, there weren't any clear marks left, which makes me think it wasn't sealing properly. I suspect water may have been leaking through that area, as the water also became cloudy and caused some issues. I'd like to check whether there's anything wrong with the material or dimensions of the filter.
I love to be able to look for what I need and purchase it without having to search for 10 minutes. I am always in a rush and this website is easy to maneuver
My mistake of ordering the wrong size filter happens. This was my fourth order of filters from you. I had to eat the wrong order because you would not take them back.
Your quick turnaround and shipping tells me these filters are boxed sitting on pallets in your warehouse. Your deivery is too quick to be custom made.
