I don't understand how this helps low income families when they want the credit score to be 600 and 700 nobody's perfect I have a good rental history. And nobody still want to rent... so nothing should be advertising on this section 8 list if it's not gonna help needing families
They are just a bait and switch company. They will list something and it won't even get directed to the owner to response to or access information. And calling for help is just a waste of time. Unprofessional
What I find on this website is that most of the listings are outdated. They've had some of the listings up forever! And what you're told, when you call these websites is, the apartments are no longer available. THEN TAKE IT DOWN! These types of websites are misleading to the public, & waists peoples time.
Concord management doesn't ever have any available apt on here just call them and see They'll take your money and put you on a waiting list only to never get into one of their apts but you'll be on their waiting list FOREVER
I GIVE THEM NO STARS, THEY MADE ME POST A STAR... HONESTLY NONE OF THESE HOUSES ARE FOR RENT. IF YOU GOOGLE THE ADDRESSES TO ANY OF THEM, THEY ARE EITHER FORECLOSED OR BEING AUCTIONED. THE HOUSE I AM RENTING IS LISTED ON THERE FOR RENT FOR A PRETTY PENNY AND I KNOW 110% THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE DID NOT PUT IT ON THE SITE. SCAMMERS ARE DUMB THEY PUT TRIPPLE THE RENT FOR THE AREA TOO LIKE PEOPLE WILL BELEIVE IT BUT GOOGLE ADDRESSES GUYS SERIOUSLY YOU WILL SEE.
