Your order process is a bit confusing,had to try about 5 or 6 times before i think i have the part ordered now, just hope for the correct part now
Incorrect part shipped going on several days to hear final resolution.
Next order still wrong. The part ordered and the part that is on your site is not what I received. I've asked for help getting the right part but no word have I heard.
When I received the order, the Black Streak Wipes container had a separated cap which allowed the inner wipes to dry out. I believe that it was not shipped that way and suspect that due to the soft bag packing the "pinching" of the container was done in-transit. The cost of the item does not warrant attempted replacement, I'm hoping that a little distilled water will restore the wipes. However, I recommend an improvement of the packing when containers are being shipped.
Only issue is I had to pay a $5.63 to the post office to pick up my package. They told me the sender did not put the correct postage on for the amount that the package weighed.
I will update my review after receiving the order. Update Received everything really good place to do business.

Compared to other sites that I have searched for this replacement furnace motor, your site actually stated that this motor is the replacement motor for my furnace. Thanks for being a more detailed site. Just received my order. Everything there. In spite of corona, delivery was faster than I expected.
