On thanksgiving sale I add 70% off on a shoes I diddnt have enough money to complete the purchase at the moment but has it in my cart.I got mesage from adidas in my email that I got my bag ready and have 10 days to complete the transaction.Tuo days after I go to my caet is gone They automaticly removed SO there is not true they will give you the promised deal and push me to nuy the same item on regular price So this is complete lie from adidas.com I call customer service and after 1 hour waiting exsplained to me that I have to had screenshot on the card but as ling as they removed you wont be able to give this to them.Who will make a screenshot on item? On October 3,2022 I have ordered clothing and shoes for a total of $356, which qualified me for free shipping. They shipped the order October 19 originally through fedex who in turn transferred the product to US postal service to ensure the delivery. US postal service office supposedly delivered the product by dropping it at the main office of the building apartment where I live. My building apartment has a package concierge room with plenty of lockers for big and small packages. Somehow, they said they have delivered it to the reception desk office with no signature or anything confirming someone has received order, which sounds weird because if it was the case the reception desk officer would have been redirected the carrier to the package room. Fast forward, the reception denied they have received any package for me. I called adidas to report. After a 2 weeks investigation they concluded since the carrier has confirmed to have delivered the product, adidas therefore declined any responsibility of any sort and suggested I would do best to report to the local police if I believe the item has been stolen.
This is a complete bull s…t for a company like adidas to just frivolously treat customers casually like that. That's their business model now, not owning any responsibility toward the customer if their delivery carrier associate fails in their delivery duty.
What am I at the looser end in all this when 3 different companies involved in the shipping and delivery failed to get the product to me.
What is the point of ordering from sh.ty company like adidas?
Please, don't waste your money in ordering anything from adidas.

With all the companies out there vying for new customers, you would think they would go to great lengths to show them some serious hospitality. Well, a good majority of them do, except for one, Adidas.
All one has to do is go to the Better Business Bureau website and type in their name and view a long list of complaints. The issue i had with Adidas, to abbreviate as short as i can, related to ordering 2 pairs of sweatpants and only receiving 1 and then being told by Adidas that they shipped 2 and refusing to refund me for the missing pair. A big and well known company like Adidas obviously don't seem to mind losing customers. One would think that in todays world that companies would roll out the red carpet in order to please customers and not kick them away like Adidas did to me. It amazes me that they will do anything to place blame and point the finger in another direction instead of taking responsibility for their misdeeds and inside errors. It's honestly repulsive and ignorant for Adidas to take that type of roll in a world full of hatred and discontent when so many people are struggling to make ends meet financially. Simply put, Adidas doesn't care about it's customers and treats them poorly in more than a handful of cases and more than a company should be allowed to. Sad fact is that they lost my business from the get go. Maybe they could take some tips from their competitors who seem happy to have me as a paying customer. Adidas, your only hurting yourself in the long run. Bad service goes fast and far by word of mouth thanks to social media platforms that criss cross the world and oceans. Due to the arrogance displayed by Adidas, I DO NOT recommend them. I also highly suggest that people do their own research on Adidas customer service. You will be surprised.
I really got mad after my order through adidas.com delayed three times and keep getting delay notification instat of my pakage! What a disresponsiblity and bad sences, i recived my order in 11 days instate of 4 days that i told when i submet my order. I could get it 2 dollars cheaper and in 2 days if i ordered it by amazon. I purchased 2 pairs of sneakers on Saturday, estimated delivery August 18, arrived August 15. Sorry, but not happy, Because I am not at home and fedex was not able to deliver.
There was another package from Adidas scheduled to be delivered on Saturday. They do not give you a window, it is from 8AM to 8PM. I wanted to pick it up at a fedex location, but was told by Fedex, that the shipper adidas put a restriction on the package for rerouting. Saturday I called Adidas and was told not true.
Today I called Fedex and was again told there was a rerouting restriction on the package. I called Adidas and held for 45 minutes, no customer sevice picked up. Out of desperation went to chat, something I dislike, but, surprise, surprise, the chat was busy too. I received a message to message later.
Adidas, please get more customer service help. No way to get through to a human for 45 minutes is very annoying. To hold for 45 minutes, with no response is unacceptable.
On Saturday, after a 20 minute or so hold a recording came on and I was disconnected. Adidas, please get your act together to match the quality of customer service to the quality of your footwear.

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
