I tried to exchange a Large for medium short. I mailed it back to them and Adidas sends back the same Large short. I call customer service and was told they only allow 1 exchange. It was THEIR fault the exchange was not corrected. The customer service Leshawn

Adidas America had me take a photo of the item and box to verify for their records the item was incorrectly sent back to me. Why do I need to waste my time to verify their mistake and still not get an exchange?
Placed an order for multiple items on 28th of November and items weren't shipped till 14th of December, yes, 16 days after placing an order which then got an email that one of the item (most important one) is out of stock and has been cancelled! Well, what do you expect if you take 16 days to shipped my items of course there's a big chance they will be out of stock! It's meant for a Christmas present too now I only have few days to find them and get them to me on time, which I now have to pay full price plus shipping costs as I tried to get this specific item on Black Friday sale for the discount. Chat support sucks, no help and no response at all! So so disappointed!
I purchased a pair of shoes from Adidas. Adidas shipped them through a company named Lasership. A Lasership driver showed up to my house on 10/9/22 around the 5:00 pm hour. She dropped the box off on my porch, took a picture and marked the package delivered into their system. Afterwards she comes back to my porch and steals the same package. This was all caught on Ring video camera. I have contacted this company several times and they send a robot message saying package delivered to contact Adidas. I contacted Adidas and at first they found this to be funny. They made me re-purchase the same shoes at a higher price than I originally paid. They refuse to acknowledge the company they are using to ship products is stealing from consumers. Read the reviews for Lasership on Google on and on Facebook they are horrible. This in turn is costing the consumer money and grief. Both companies are useless. Adidas being the corporate giant they are needs to be held accountable for their poor judgement. I ordered my shoes on the 10th and they were supposed to be delivered yesterday the 13th but FedEx hasn't even received them from the Adidas facility. I paid for express delivery. They finally gave me a refund after calling insistently but they swore several times that a refund was not possible at first. When they do that just be persistent and keep asking to talk to a supervisor but better yet do not order from this website if it wasn't such a well put together website I would swear that I was being scammed. I used to work in warehouses and this is not how shipping businesses run. Buyer beware

I had placed an order 12/13/17 before Christmas with 2 slippers and I only received 1 pair which were a gift. Luckily the 2nd pair was for myself but I had called to check the status and the warehouse never sent them out and they were in stock! Two weeks later I call to check the status AGAIN with the case number and same status. Almost a month goes by and still no slippers, I am now awaiting for a refund because my money was floating in the air and didn't know if my slippers were ever going to be shipped out.
I just want to warn everyone about purchasing on their app! I was so foolish that I registered for the lottery for sneakers and had to provide information like my address, email, and card number. I wasn't aware that they would take my money and never give it back. Five minutes after I entered that information into the system, I got a message saying I didn't win the lottery and wouldn't get the sneakers. That was a week ago. I've been calling them every single day and was promised that my pending transaction would drop off in a maximum of a week. Today, I was told it may take a full month. They are using my money and probably other people's to pretend like they are selling more to boost their profits. I really want to warn everyone about this, and I can't even dispute my transaction with the bank because it's still pending! I got scammed by Adidas and feel like a fool! I'll never purchase anything from them again! Please be aware and don't let them take your money and hold onto it for a month!
I got my shoes on time anytime I order for one and have been a huge of Adidas, they have good customer care and they don't mix up what is been oreded that is I always get my perfect size. I look forward for more patronage
I have been trying for 25 days to receive my money. Item has been returned and Addidas has received it back in August. I have been told my refund has been already processed but till this day no money or an email with a confirmation about a refund.

I purchased the same sneaker 2 times in 1 month. After wearing the shoe 3 times it got holes near shoe laces. I replaced for same shoe and after wearing it once same thing happened. Adidas refuses to let me get a different shoe for the same price. They told me I can continue to purchase the same shoe even though the shoe is obviously defective and needs to be discontinued. Horrible customer service!
Placed an order, was supplied a tracking #. Gave me a date when the product should be delivered, on the expected day Adidas changed the tracking date to unknow. Huge let down. So I called in and after waited 1:15
Talked to a rude rep that actually hung up on me. Waited another week with no tracking # and no call back from a manager as I requested to the rude rep. Left with no idea when the slides were to come I ordered of Amazon and they where at my door next day! Finally received the slides from adidas and went to the Adidas store to return as already had the Amazon pair, Adidas would not return in store! Bought from Adidas but cant return at Adidas. To sum it up, if you buy from Adidas online store you are totally at their mercy!
I have experienced terrible customer service with adidas and their shipping company.
I placed an order on black friday for a hoodie however my address was missing a unit number.
I contacted adidas to explain this and they said there was nothing they could do, and that i would have to wait for my refund and reorder the item at FULL PRICE.
The items is now SOLD OUT and won't have it in time for Christmas.
I am upset because i contacted the shipping company and the reassured me they have corrected the address and it wouldn't be sent back. I did my part in fixing it and NOBODY helped me.
Now i am without a gift, expected to reorder an item thats sold out!? And WAIT like 2 weeks for a refund?
So basically i'm out $60 over the holidays with no gift.

I did not receive all my items in my shipment and adidas.com would not help. They told me to take this issue up with FedEx. I've placed many items with adidas.com and they were short patience and said they were not responsible for me not receiving ALL of my items eventhough FedEx is their preferred shipper.
Trust all the negative reviews, Adidas has THE WORST customer service in the industry. And I really should say, they have NO customer service. Impossible to speak to an agent, unless you want wait on-hold for hours. Try using their IBOT 'chat,' forget it. When you finally get to request an agent, the standard reply is "all agents are busy, try again later." Don't bother, you'll never get an actual person. Try their "easy and simple" online returns. Don't bother, the return label won't print so they have to email one. Well, again, don't bother that either, you'll never get one. So I'm stuck with sneakers that don't fit and can't process a simple return. Take my advice, buy Brooks, buy Saucony, buy any other running she brand but STAY AWAY FROM ADIDAS!
I have been an active Adidas customer for over 35 years and when an item went missing ONE TIME they didn't even offer to contact the shipper or file a missing item report. I phoned FedEx and was told the item was not even traceable, meaning it is missing. I spend 300 to 600 each time I order from this company and I should have been reimbursed for the portion of the order that went missing. I am done with Adidas.
Never buy tennis shoes from ADIDAS. I bought expensive tennis shoes from adidas and they started tearing up in a month and then when I complained to customer service. The response that I got is sorry we cannot do anything as this is due to wear and tear. I spentg so much time on call and sending emails but still answer is same. This is not the customer service I was expecting from such a renowned shoe company. From my experience I am never going to buy shoes from ADIDAS.
I purchuse mountain boots in November 2021 for a Christmas girft, it had the apartment number but the delivery person decided to leave it in the lobby, unfortunately some one took the boots. I called Addias customer service sucked I had to call my back to dispute it and from Dec 16 to know they haven't even responded to the back. Adidas used to have one of the best programs around. You'd earn points and could use them on anything at any Adidas store or outlet store - no questions asked. It really incentivized me to buy more with Adidas over time. Then the program changed. I have a ton of vouchers that I cannot use because literally every freakin' item is excluded. Sale items - excluded / Superstar - excluded / Samba excluded - Disney - excluded. Literally every item is excluded. Promo codes and coupons don't work - again cos everything is excluded. It's better to NOT have a program at all than to pretend like you have one and excluded literally everything. Did I mention that their products are way overprice?! A paid of Sambas are $100 - are you kidding me?
I opened the website to purchase new clothing after refusing to buy Nike and Under Armour due to their pride support and Dillan Mulvaney support. Addidas made the list with them. Not supporting companies that slam pride ads in my face anymore or support dudes parading around in insanity pretending to be women. This company does not support women any longer. Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
