Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Been ignored for weeks via email, disconnected on chat and hung up on by minimum wage customer service reps who don't care for their job or their customers. I've worked minimum wage customer services jobs and I've never done that. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They don't care about their customers.
Another antiquated business that needs you to create yet another marginal internet account instead of using top-level single sign on SSO providers e.g. Google, Facebook

Not bad at all... seems like they are living upto their tag line of cozy under 30$. The collection and the choice available from the stock also seems really nice and trendy.
They sent me a used hat w makeup all over the Brin and they don't refund you. This is unexcetable that I spend all my money here n they send a used already worm item.
Although the shirt is light and very breathable, the quality of the material is extremely weak. I have had this shirt for 1 week and there is already a tear in the shirt.
I am beyond disappointed with my first shopping experience with Abercrombie. I placed my order on 27/07/2022. My order was never even shipped according to the tracking information, but when I emailed CS I was told my parcel was "lost". I then did not receive any more responses via email. I decided to talk to CS via live chat. I was told I could be sent a replacement order for the next day. I could see many of my items were out of stock, so I specifically asked if my items were going to be available for delivery. You can check your records to see this. Since I was told all the items were in stock, I agreed for the replacement to be sent out. While still trying to resolve the issue, the associate disconnected mid chat. I was then unable to connect to live chat again, as the "chat ended" appeared every time I got through. Why is there a live chat option, if no one is going to help when there is an issue? A couple of minutes after the chat, I got an email stating all but two of my items were out of stock! I then had to phone Abercrombie CS, who confirmed only two items would be sent. I requested the order just be cancelled, because I bought each item as a set to wear together, and I would take my business elsewhere. I was told the order could not be cancelled. I haven't even been sent a new tracking number, has the order even shipped? Absolutely appalled by the poor level of service. I still have not received a refund for the other items either. What is going on? I am not being contacted on Twitter either
Not only do they have $#*!ty customer service they have $#*!ty clothes that is extremly over priced. Targeted for hipster teenagers who do nothing but us their parents money to like "boho indie"
You have to be extremely thin to buy anything from the store. They have 0 in plus sizes so it's best not to try.
I won't buy their overpriced clothing or anything.
Love their clothes everything shirts long sleeves pants shorts colognes everything but mainly the shirt sleeved polos i love all the polos from every store that has them
I have had positive experiences with their products and ordering online a few years, the customer service. I couldn't say is the worst, but not the best though.
Always love going to Abercrombie. The beautiful smell, when you enter the store, the amazing guys,:-) Always a few discounts and if I could I would live there with the boys:-)
THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER ON ME TWICE WITHOUT ANY PROPER REASON. THE FIRST TIME THEY CANCELLED IT, I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IN WHICH THEY ASSISTED ME WITH PLACING THE ORDER AGAIN, AND THEN THEY RUSHED SHIPPED THE ORDER TO ME, AND RATHER THAN RECEIVING THE ITEMS, THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER ON ME AGAIN, AND NOW THE ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK AND THE PRICES ON ITEMS HAVE INCREASED. NOW WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM ON HOLD FOR HOURS, AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. COMPLETE CRAP!
I bought two polo shirts in the black friday sales. One was white and arrived dirty, there was a mark or stain around the stomach area and black marks under the arms. How to return is unclear so i contacted customer services. The email suggested i can return to a Hollister store so i went to westfields london. First person in the store was not sure, the next said yes we are all part of the same company so its fine, when i got to the till to make the return the guy said i could not make the return and had to go tot the abercrombire store in london. I contacted customer service again and they just sent the same email out.
I have bought Abercrombie clothes off ebay before and had a million times better service, the clothes where clean for a start, new or even if i bought second hand. If i got problems i can post the items back with postage paid by the seller which is what i wanted to do here because it was not my fault.
Postage took ages as well.

I ordered a couple of shirts and jacket from abercrombie.com. I loved the color of the jacket so I was really excited at the possibility of getting it. I placed my order, put in my promo code I got after signing up for the A&F Club, and paid for it. I thought things were good since I did not get any error messages.
The following day I was notified that my order was cancelled, but they gave vague and multiple reasons why it was cancelled. I contacted their support through email and they mentioned that I had used the promo code before, and therefore the order was cancelled. I had never used the code until this order! WTH? Their solution was that I could reorder, but could not use the promo code.
I really wanted to get the jacket so I tried to reorder it as well as the shirts. The jacket and one of the shirts was no longer available. WTH again!
Once they realized there was a problem with the order, they should have tried contacting me before cancelling the order. They have my contact information. I would have paid for the jacket without the code, but they did not give me that opportunity.
Your customer support team lacks empathy. Even in their messaging, there is no offering of apologies of the fact the order had to be cancelled. Their promo code tagline "$20 off $50? Yeah, we treat our members right." is wrong. They did not offer anything to make my experience better, despite what happened. In fact, it just made me more upset.
They have wasted my time, and lost me as a customer. Beware of this company. They are cold and heartless.
I saved some of my money just to buy a pair of abercrombie, because of its guaranteed quality to last and comfort to feel. Wearing Abercrombie makes me proud and makes me feel loved!
I've had several unfortunate interactions with abercrombie…
So first, I tried to return a pair of jeans that were not the right length and exchange another pair for a different size. I sent the jeans back to the post office the day after I received them. I waited over a month for the return/exchange and called in a few times. Agents kept telling me to be patient and that it will show up soon… about a month and a half later no return and no exchange I called them again and this time got someone on the line who actually investigated instead of just giving me lip service. She was able to locate the items and issued my refund. I didn't want to exchange the other pair at this point. I stopped shopping there for a while after that.
Now, it's my birthday month and I need a new pair of jeans. I was wondering if they offer any discounts so I contacted customer service. I was informed that there is a birthday discount but they have no idea when the "system" will issue it to me…. And told me to wait until the end of the month (PASSED MY BIRTHDAY) and it I don't receive it to callback. Lmfao. Like I'm going to waste my time calling back for a stupid 25% off. I think it's pathetic that the agent I called didn't even say happy birthday and it's ridiculous that they can't issue the discount on the spot. Never heard of anything like this. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent said she had to get "approval" first so I waited 5 minutes just for her to return and tell me she didn't receive approval. They offered me 20% off but what I really wanted was to speak to someone. At this point they could offer me the jeans free and I still wouldn't want them! I just want someone to talk to. I straight up said " so what you're saying is your manager doesn't want to speak to me" and she replied "yes"
Bravo abercrombie, bravo. You take the cake on making your customers feel unheard and under valued. Not to mention the garbage in your background on fat shaming. I'm done with this company.
The design is superb but the sizes are very misleading the seller has agreed to refund but I have not had the time to return I would like another size so I can wear this item
Great clothing selections. So much good looking stuff to choose from. Counter service from the sales reps could be better, but overall not bad.
It is cheaper than A&F, but it's still pricey for most of what they sell. I refuse to buy anything unless it's on sale/clearance.
