Absolutely NO PROBLEMS: Great site, will definitely use again!

The back brace is well made, but the Chinese have no idea of American sizes. This is not the first time that I have been burned by items from China that are too small. The
Item is worth the price if it fits. If you are considering this product buy one size larger than you normally would.
Good quality replacement product, that fitted the device perfectly! Product has been trouble free since being received!
I originally ordered a certain PT/INR machine - I am approved for checking blood at home. Then I heard that the machine - and separate order of test strips - first accepted as my order, i was then told it was only for use in a Doctor's office. Ordered a different machine that included test strips - so cancelled the previous order of the machine and separate test strips. Only then I am told I needed my Doctor to write a prescription for the machine. Had my Doctor do that and for some reason all of my orders (even the most recent and correct one) were cancelled. Had to re-order ($900 cost) and when the machine arrived, it had no test strips included and therefore was absolutely useless to me. Again, had to contact the company to let them know I had no test strips. They have now said they will ship them out. The confusion and lack of professional follow-through - for a simple order - is horrendous. It has also delayed my blood testing to a point that it is becoming critical to my health. When inquiring about the missing test strips, the machine (that I was finally sent) had a product number on it that your website told me didn't even exist, but did mention a unit for just $25 more (total $925) that would INCLUDE 5 boxes (250) test strips. Why wasn't I simply informed about that machine? Another $25 would have certainly be worth it. At this point, I am not sure how many test strips I am now being sent, but I'll bet it's not 5 boxes worth. This is simply the most absurd, inexcusable and protracted transaction I have ever experienced... and unnecessarily so!

Found my headrest to be perfect: Not too deep, and not too shallow. Works great for TV viewing and for sleeping.
