Honestly in the beginning i wasn't about to buy ib their website because of their affordable price i thought that maybe it would be a scam, but after couple weeks my dress got here, USA, on time for my sister's wedding that took place in France. I gotta say that I loved and ny family and friends loved. I had compliments from all over. I had to do a little retouch, since I don't have big breast, but besides it feet me perfectly. Thank you soo much for your services, i was a little annoying by sending you guys emails constantly to make sure i would have my dress on time, but I don't regret it lol. Will order 1 or 2 more pretty soon

It is a scam! Do not buy from them! I had the worst experience with this company. We ordered a prom dress for my daughter and paid the extra $$$ for rush shipping. We did not receive the dress on the date promised. In fact, It didn't arrive until a week after prom. When it did arrived it was the wrong color, looked nothing like the picture, did not fit and was poor quality fabric. I have sent over 30 emails (as this is the only way to contact them) to this company trying to get shipping, return and refunds. It cost be more than the dress to send it back.

The service is terrible. I ordered my dress last week from the 27dress website and I have been frequently contacting the company through emails trying to cancel my order who only responded by sending me an automated email saying they won't be in the office until April 2nd. So not only are they not going to give me my refund back, I'm not even getting a serious reply. I've seen mainly negative reviews towards this website with people saying how their dress isn't what they ordered and how cheap it looks. I'd highly recommend not ordering from this website.

DO NOT BUY from this website. I saw a beautiful blue prom dress on this website and placed the order. It came three weeks later and it was completely the wrong dress. It was a huge white mermaid wedding dress. I emailed them right away as there was no phone number. I went back to look at my confirmation order and there was no summary of the dress I ordered, amount, or anything, just an order number. I received an email stating that they're on holiday break and will not be back for another week. After a week, I still did not hear from them. I went on the website and talked to someone. She apparently found my order but refused to give me any details as to my order summary. I contacted my credit card company and refused to pay for something I didn't order. So disappointed.

I ordered my gown online at 27dress.com. I was very nervous because I'd never ordered anything this extravagant online and because the dress was so inexpensive, I was even more leery. But because I didn't have a lot of money to spend on a wedding gown so I figured I'd give it a shot. I had a seamstress take my measurements and I sent it in.
Lisa at 27dress.com was extremely helpful and did her best to reassure me that I had nothing you worry about. I must've sent her 30 emails and she always responded.

Well, I received my dress yesterday and it is breathtaking! It's the most gorgeous gown I've seen! It's my dream dress and far exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to step into it again... I cried yesterday when I tried it on!

I ordered a dress that did match the tiny color "swatch" on-line but the style looked terrible in the color I ordered, and in fact, looked VERY cheap. It is partly my fault for not checking the return policy but I've never had an issue with returning items I've ordered from other sites. I e-mailed and instant messaged with customer service and both times was repeatedly told it is not their "fault." When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied.

Ladies call you bank and have them stop payment. Gather all the email correspondence and take them to your bank showing how these people will stop responding when they don't produce what they promised, so the bank can attempt to get your money back. Kimi is the person that responds in the wee hours of the morning because she or he thinks you're asleep, promising to talk the manager about a refund but it's all lies!
Told me that I could only get 30% of my refund because they had finish the dress. So I said well send me the tracking number for the shipped dress and no response until early next morning around 2:00 am. Then they said well I'll talk to the manager about your refund Monday. Monday came and went until early Tuesday Morning, and message said "Will talk to manager tomorrow about refund! I said to them, " You said that Sunday" They're liars! Sorry ladies about the horrible experience you're getting from these people, when it should be a happy and exciting time!

My niece was very last minute with making her mind up about prom. I was on the hunt for her dress. I found this website 27Dress.com and see a very elegant dress for her. Sent her a few pics and she love a of the dresses but she could only pic one. He dress she chose was stunning. She looked absolutely fabulous in it. They made sure I received the dress in time. Her dress fitted her to the T. I sent her measurements and they did a very good job. It is well worth it. Id recommend them to everyone. Initially she wanted a expensive designer to make her dress which was about $450 I told her no let look around and we found way better and cheaper price but valuable taste. Very good fabric. Well worth it. Thanks so much.
