Awwesome Service

I called and spoke to Jake today to order more of my wristbands for the Humboldt Broncos Hockey Program's Players, Families and Community. He worked with me to get me as many as I could afford budget wise and deliver time wise then applied a coupon to even help me get more! Was a quick and easy reorder process and Jake was simply awesome, helpful and very efficient! If you need custom silicone wristbands for any reason this is the company! These guys are my go to from now on!

I wanted to reorder an exact order that we had placed with the company a few months ago, but didn't know how to do it. I jumped on their Live Chat system to ask how and was provided with customer service agent, Murphy. I didn't answer him back for a little while so he called me directly to finish the order which I thought was very prompt, courteous and efficient of him! I highly recommend!

I order some bracelets for an event I have in a few weeks. I made a mistake on my CC exp date which caused issues with a free 100 bracelets promotion. After a quick chat with Thomas, he fixed everything in less than 10 mins. Awesome customer service. I'll probably be buying some lanyards as well.

I ordered stadium cups and napkins for a Christmas Party. It was a little confusing because I selected clip art design from their selection, but had to change because I was only supposed to select one color. Not a big deal, but my communication came from a different company name. When I called the number provided, I was able to speak with a live person with little to no hold time. After the problem was solved, I continued to get automated messages stating that there was a problem with my orders. When you order, make sure to pay attention to your phone calls/messages (an automated call alerts you to problems) and also to emails from a different print company. I personally receive so many junk emails that this type of thing is easily missed by me. Long story, but I received the items on time and they were perfect.

Many hidden fees

This was my first time using this company for my companies promotional products. I should have read the reviews! There are so many bad ones and every time the company replies with why its the consumers fault for not reading the find print of their company policies. Hidden fees, not able to see the final product (even virtually) without more fees, shipping fees that are astronomically high, there are so many reasons I won't use them again. Once I finally received my order, the product was sub par. The lettering is nothing more than an iron on. The product was smelly. The size was super small. Not happy at all.

I do not recommend this wrist band company to anyone. I've used them in the past and they were ok but thought I would give it another try for an upcoming brand I own. I ordered a specific color scheme. I did not receive that color scheme in my wrist bands. The product I received was so ugly, I cried when I opened my package! I am very disappointed and this company isn't doing anything to make it right! It's very frustrating! I will be going elsewhere when it comes time to reorder wristbands from my other company (which I ordered 1,000 of 1 year ago). I will have 2 pictures attached to this, one of what I ordered and 1 of what I received so buyers can be aware!

Hello,

We regret to hear that you are not fully satisfied with the product. Please note that all swirl type wristbands will give a random mix of colors that result from the colors that are selected. For example: Yellow and Blue swirl will have some Green mixed in the band. This effect can not be controlled and is not considered to be defective. If dark colors such as black is chosen as one of the swirl colors, please note that due to its pigment depth, it will be a more dominant color on the band. Segmented bands will have two or more sections of the band in solid colors. In some cases when two colors are made together, a fade of the colors might happen resulting in a faint mix of colors. For example: Red and White segmented bands might have a hint of Pink in the location the two colors meet. This effect cannot be controlled and is not considered to be defective. The locations of the messages on the wristbands are completely random and cannot be guaranteed. The pattern for the colors for segmented bands will be random for any order with more than two colors. We can not promise an exact match of color sequence. We hope we were able to clarify.

Great Experience
April 27, 2018

Did not see a shipping option for next week, so I joined the chat. Jane walked me through process and we realized it was because I chose a custom color. I chose a popular one instead, shipping dates changed, and I was able to complete order. I do wish however that the free wristbands would show more clearly in the charge and quantity sections. Overall, it was explained, so very happy. (as long as they arrive as promised!(

Murphy helped me out with all my questions and the solutions provided were exactly what I wanted to hear. He is very responsive, available, and friendly. The prices per 1 piece for my design with 2 colors in the logo beats anything I found on aliexpress-and it is made in the USA with faster shipping. No minimum order for print designs. I was in a bind and needed buttons done right away. It was a last minute decision and I quickly went to their website, then called to see if they would be able to meet my deadline for our event. Not only did they assist me with figuring out the design, they were able to ship them within time! These were critical to the flow of our event as it helped attendees identify where the volunteers were to approach them in need. Thank you

I was informed that my product was delayed days after ordering due to unspecified issues and right before the offices closed for almost a week for New Years then had to wait even longer as the number of days until the product arrived reset after resolving the issue. I am annoyed by the wait, but the product looks nice. My boyfriend loved it. Dont know how they are in use yet.

Richard is awesome and helped get what I needed quickly. I went to another printing site and they accepted my order etc and then they tell me the printing is going to take 3 weeks! My event is this friday 4/20 and I'm glad they made it happen in such a short time. If you need any printing done check these guys out!

I ordered 50 premium can coolies with my own 2-sided design. I was a bit nervous because in the end I decided not to see a proof before the product arrived. The final product came out great! I would order again from this company and I have told friends about it. It also arrived on time. Great quality, great color options, reasonable price!

I tried to work with them as I live very near them and could just pick them up. I ordered 3 different logos on 100 each. When you go on the website it says enter your email and all Texas residents get a discount. I never saw a discount. I did get ads sent to my email. The buttons were good quality but some are not straight. Not sure I will use the service again.

Unprofessional and horrible customer service company! Delivery was later than the date they promised with an uncompleted order. Contacted them and wanted to see if we could rush this and get it before our event, but didn't get a respond until the day of the event. We didn't end up using the products because not all of guests can have one so our boss didn't want to use them. All they could do is say sorry and did not provide any help. Kept saying they could send back the uncompleted order AFTER the event is not helping. Also refused to do a refund, I even asked for a half refund because it was really not our fault that they didn't count the order before shipping them out. Spoke to the manager he even called me crazy asking for half refund of the products we DID NOT use.

It's ridiculous that they made mistake and think it's ok to ruin other's event and cause so much inconvenience to our company.

I ordered custom face masks for my business, paid for rush delivery. They told me there is a problem with the type of mask I ordered, so I had to switch to another material. Because of this they said I cannot get rush delivery; Instead, they said it will take 3 weeks. I told them that is too long, and to please refund my order. They said they can't refund my order because they already started production. I said how could you be in production when your telling me I have to change the material. Total Lie! After 2 days and more than 1 hr on the phone (mostly on hold) they finally refunded my money, but not all of it, they kept $15 for some b/s reason. They took $15 of my money and I got nothing. Never been treated like this. Plenty of other places to shop. Do not shop here.

Unclear Description
December 14, 2017

We ordered the "Cloth wristbands" - the "cloth" wristband was actually a ribbon. They came in two pieces, so the 2500 ribbons we received have to be assembled. The beads are "locking" so if you tighten the bracelet while it's on your wrist it essentially is a zip-tie that'll have to be cut off. The product itself is awful and I can't imagine that it's ACTUALLY what anyone wants. Although technically it does say these things on the description, you must read carefully and work to interpret what they say (ie: locking bead = zip tie that's never coming off)

After speaking with the company about my concerns they were unwilling to understand the problems with the product and my concerns and offered no solutions to the problem. Would never suggest to do business with them.

I got exactly what I thought I was ordering at a good price. Shipping was slow and communication on the process was lacking. I had to call to find out if it was going to ship and was told it would be in the next day. It was in several days later. Not a big deal in the scheme of things, but you should know that when making a custom order, give yourself extra time.
