Damaged goods received
November 4, 2017

Package arrived on time, expedited in fact but one I believe my order was one mug short and 2 were damaged as the interior packaging was not well protected. Excellent customer service up until this point, if no one contacts me or replaces damaged /missing goods or provides partial refund.

Disappointed

Didn't like the band's with no black in lettering, very hard to read and not eye catching. :( may need a vendor that can do better pricing for less quantity. Loved my first sets! Orange and red bands not at all.

Screwed twice. I had "Remove Background" radio button checked, they sent me a big white blob. Unwilling to any refunded, reprint, but did offer me free insults. Horrible company. Last time I ordered they never shipped, and only refunded me $10. Shame on me for trying them twice.

Promises to deliver on time did not pull through. Requested additional money to edit the art work and we paid it. A lot of time and crazy messages without leaving any name or number to contact them kept us guessing who left that message and to whom. Still more requests to add fees to finish the order, which at this point we didn't. A second date was promised... still a day late... totally missed our event that they were intended to be used at. All in all, they were 2 weeks and 2 days past the original set delivery date. Will not use this company again.

Ordered 7 buttons for a memorial walk for my brother who recently passed away. 6 of the buttons arrived damaged -with dents, scratches on them. Notified company immediately. They responded with the excuse "Please note that the products we carry are intended purely as promotional items; therefore products that may have minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items" - which makes no sense.

They asked for pictures of the issues - even when over 85% of the orders if flawed (6 of 7 buttons were bad).

Sent that to them and they still are giving the runaround - basically answering one question a day. Still no refund.

STAY AWAY - Bad Product and even worse customer service

The company charged us additional shipping to correct their mistake, and several customer service reps were not helpful/didn't care. (Half of our order was delivered to the wrong address, but we had to pay for re-delivery.) Product quality was so-so. Will not be ordering from them again.

Order was placed on October 16, estimated delivery of October 25. By October 27, I started to get concerned. The production team seemed to have lost my order or simply decided that there was no rush unless the customer calls to complain. I sent several support tickets about the delay but did not get any real answers until calling them personally. Finally, customer service understood that there was a time crunch and they managed to get the wristbands produced, shipped, and delivered in record time. Which is impressive, but was not necessary if they had just processed their orders in a timely and organized way from the beginning.

Great Exprience

I had ordered Wristbands from here in October 2017 and it was very easy, though with so many options it can seem a bit overwhelming. I was able to create a beautiful wristband in honor of my cousin, Danielle, who had passed away. They were perfect! I needed to order more, since everyone loved them, but didn't want to re-create it from scratch. I requested help through the online messenger and they did it for me right then there. The technician, Murphy, was great! The process took less than 10 minutes. I would recommend them to everyone!

Hi there - we ran out of buttons and it only took 4 minutes from beginning to end to order 50 additional ones. Walter was extremely helpful and efficient. He is an asset to your organization. I ordered 1000 backpacks with custom printing, and set it all up for a longer production time, but, after a week, my boss wanted everything much earlier. I simply entered the 24hourwristbands chat, and i was able to change the entire order in less than 10 minutes... Murphy helped me... charged my CC on file a few extra $$ and now, I LOOK like a hero!... Thanks Murphy!

This order was originally made online. This order is for a major event that we are putting on and needed it in hand 6/5. We ordered it on 5/18 and it went into production 5/20. The week before the due date, we started calling to check on this order. We've called NUMEROUS times to be hung up on or given the run around. Each person (we took each rep's name down) told us a different story. We still don't have our order and it hasn't even shipped! Each time we call we wait at least 20 minutes. Customer Service is horrible. We will be moving forward with supervisors/managers/legal.

First off TERRIBLE customer service and the product I received was of $#*!ty quality for lack of better words. Do not purchase from this website! I ordered lanyards to remember a dear friend of mine who passed and to raise money for his mother. They broke and faded in less than 2 weeks! It was embarrassing that I distributed such a poor quality product to our friends and his loved ones. Extreme disappointment doesn't even cover it. On top of that they did absolutely nothing to make up for it or refund me my money to get lanyard made elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE
November 28, 2016

"My company ordered 1000 hand fans for a time sensitive event. We were please to receive the order within the window after several contacts with production to expedite the order. However, upon receiving shipment it was clear that we made a mistake in choosing this company. About 1/2 of the fans had come unglued during shipment. On many of the fans, the print was put on either sideways or printed with incorrect margins (the wording was cut off) and were unusable. We had to pay 4 staff members for 4 hours to glue the salvageable fans back onto the stick the day before the event. When we asked the company to make it right, we were told we can ship the entire order back for a refund. Of course we could not do this as we had to pass out what was usable. We have sent several emails since to resolve the issue without any response. Our last correspondence was July 26,2016--4 months ago, so we know we are being ignored. FIND SOMEONE ELSE--any cost savings you get is not worth it!"
