One of the worst companies, I sent a number of emails no response, call you get a recording telling you they get back to you, good luck. After 11 days waiting for a tracking number I open a case with PayPal. To get my money back. Think and think again before you buy anything from this company. Wasted my time, I have no idea how there are in Business.

This site was misleading and the customer service was very poor. I ordered a Yale lock thinking it was in stock and even paid for 2-day shipping. It turned out the item was back-ordered for 4 weeks and I was not given any status on this. I would recommend it to anyone. I ended up canceling my order.

I have visited the Store in Ronkonkoma many times and I have been treated very well over and over again.

My router went down in the middle of a critical time. They rushed me a new one after I had called support and it was deemed defective. I had a label in my email within seconds of my call. This item is hard to get so I appreciate that gesture and do not normally post reviews but this was a good thing so here goes. The router was in stock there so they shipped it before I had it in the mail.

Went here and found a new brand Invid. Great selection and smooth delivery. I will be back again! No spam and good communication.

It is not often I write a review. This company knows their product and walked me through a very complicated Bosch NVR setup with a camera I did not even buy from them. They know their stuff. Younjust do not get help like this anymore! I highly suggest them.

Horrible warranty customer service. Management * is horrible hands-down I would've fired her a long time ago she's very unprofessional. Obviously nobody there knows what they are doing I'm still waiting for an MVR pack that still has not showed up and they don't seem to have any record of me calling with my case number that they asked me to get from hike vision
