Ordered a camera on 11-5-2020 and they charged my credit card immediately. Camera not available.
I called many times and never received refund. Customer service not helpful and actually rude. As of today 12-15-2020 I had no other choice than disputing the charge with my credit card. Horrible company and customer service.
I chatted with a representative about whether a product I wanted was in stock. She told me "We just got three in." I placed my order right away, but they never fulfilled it, though they charged me right away. When I complained, I was told they were waiting on a delivery. After six e-mails back and forth, I was finally able to cancel the order.
Thanks for the technical support with my router. It is good to know there are companys that still make a difference. I will spread the word. Happy Holidays
Why offer next day or 2 day service for shipping if it takes over a week to fulfill the order and then you send it next day air. Will never order from them again. Absolutely useless people who deserve a 0 star rating
We did order a digital license online from 123.6 days letter no licenses, we did email follow up, no response. 3 days later we called in to check on the order. The response was, the order was canceled. Its fine by me but a courtesy email or phone call would be nice, you just wasted 9 days of our time. On top of it, they did not refund.
Please stay away from this people.
My experience with 123security was amazing, shipping was extremely fast even during COVID. The package was perfectly protected, and the company was communicating with me via email every step of the way. I was expecting the worst after I read other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised about the smoothness of my transaction. I 100% recommend this company!
Nothing like listing items on your site with a tag, ships in 24 hours, and then 9 days later being told its not available. And that's after a few emails and phone calls checking on the orders status. And when I asked why it took them so long to let me know, I was told its not available is all. A quick check of the website and its still listed for sale with stock. I asked for a 2nd option, and never got a response. I'll never use them or recommend them no matter what good review they get. And I strongly suggest everyone look elsewhere.
Ordered on July 20. Called on July 27 and told 3 weeks for delivery. Called on Aug 19 and told that cameras were discontinued. No notifications that order was not going to be shipped. Held on to the payment as long as they could. What a terrible company!
I never received my order nor a confirmation of shipment 3 weeks later! Even after I wrote twice. The short snarky remarks of what I should have been told right away were very unprofessional. You will sit and wait for an order and they will not update you as they claim. Its not worth the couple bucks you may save. Shop elsewhere
I'm really skeptical of the legitimacy of 123 Security Products. I ordered a WiFi extender and my invoice said I could expect the package about 10 days later. After 10 days I inquired about my order and was told it would arrive longer than a month later. They admitted they did not specify this on the website but refused to make any compensation for the exclusion of this information. My correspondences went mostly unanswered until I sent another email and it did not seem like the rep understood my messages.
I placed an order 4/22/20. They charged my banking account $457.50. Thats fine that is for what i had ordered. The Very next day they took another $660.00 from my account. I call and */Manager says it was a problem with their software. I wait 6 days for $660.00 to get credited back to my account. Then 5/7/20 they charge my bank account another $330.00, so i try to call *. No Answer of course. Then i call my sales person *. She takes vare of the situation with accounting. Its 5/11/20 still waiting on a response to why this is happening and my Money.

Purchased Google Nest Router expecting current version, however, realized it was old version upon installation. Unable to return after installation. Secondly - provided two photos of superior price and customer service would it honor published policy. Never again. Would not only not recommend - I recommend against.
Lesson Learned - always read reviews before buying from online store.
Awful, awful company - my order was never processed on there - they send manufacturer never told them. This happened before china virus craziness, and now it's happened again. Manufacturer never shipped the item to them. I understand delays, but why both times did I only learn about this from me having to follow up - and following up meant multiple upon multiple phone calls and messages with no responses. BC19 and AC19.
We ordered an August smart doorbell on 12/2/19. It is now the 19th and have called three times now and have emailed. We kept getting promised all different dates for our product to ship to us, including today. I waited until about 3:30 PM today (over two weeks after ordering the product) to ask if it was fulfilled like Maureen emailed me and told me it would be today. Instead I was told that they screwed up and have to tell me and other customers our orders need to be cancelled because they don't have the product. Our product's part number was being mixed up for a different one in their system or something. Then, * wanted to get me with her manager, because she "felt I had complaints to file". Based on the reviews on ResellerRatings.com, I asked if the manager was named *, and she said yes. When I stated the reviews on ResellerRatings.com state * doesn't answer phone calls and doesn't return emails, she told me * was right beside her and asked me to wait a second. She transferred my call after a minute or so, it rang and rang, but ultimately went to voicemail. Thanks for nothing, *. Oh, and not even one "we apologize for this mistake". I let the representative, *, know it was disappointing as it was my first time ordering with them and that I probably would never buy from them again. * just stated "that's fine" and went on about how she now has to call other customers and I'm not the only one like it made it any better. STAY AWAY from this horrible and pathetic excuse of a business! It is probably 5 people sitting in a small room.

Save yourself time and money and do not buy from them. Customer service is rude and has an attitude that the customer is wrong. Tried to tell me something was on the website and I was blind and couldn't see it.
I asked if they have my equipment in stock and Amy put me on hold and then said yes, it will ship tomorrow. A week later I called and she tells me they arrived from the factory today.? Then gave me the story it's in shipping and will go out today. When I call again she tells me it is shipped. A week later I finally get a notice it has shipped today? It is now hard to tell when it will arrive because the tracking number does not work, I paid extra for fast delivery.

Jesse was able to assist us with the correct products to match up to our home needs, at an affordable cost. He is an excellent communicator and we feel assured our new surveillance cameras are the right fit for the safety and security required for our residence at a fair price. Highly recommend.
* my rep made promises he never kept. I ordered a system and he promised the order would ship the next day. What he failed to tell me was the cameras were out of stock and would need to be shipped from CA to NY and then they would ship the cameras to me. * knew i needed the SYSTEM quickly and lied to me about the status. Over two weeks later I am still waiting for the cameras to arrive. I have cancelled two installs costing me more than $200. STAY AWAY from this company

I dropped by brand new DVR on the floor. Sounded pretty bad- things were moving all over. I yelled at my salesperson but it was not her fault. But they said just send it in.
They fixed it and mailed it back for free. Awesome!

Besides of the good prices, don't bother to deal with them - they don't care about any problem, no matter how you do ask and they won't fix any issues. But sadly they lie a lot over the phone...
I ordered parts on Febr. 14th, items came in incomplete. No reply for emails and you have to chase the sales rep (Jesse) for days to get a hold on him on the phone. If he has a bad day, he simply yells at you and hangs up the phone. If you complain to Karen (manager), she promises everything and she never calls back. She never did actually and she never fixed any problems.
I also received duplicate item, instead of the part i really needed to complete the order.
Finally i cancelled the order for the missing parts and instead of replying to my email, they simply sent the missing items out...
Today is 3/6/2017 and i still missing items, one they simply left out of the original order (but i paid for it), the other just "didn't yet ship form the supplier"
No comment, the most ridiculous company i've ever seen.
Stay far away, i have all the proves i just said above.
