$11.35 freight charge for 10 T5 LED tubes is reasonable and the tubes are great (5 stars for these), but $11.35 freight for a separate order of two packages of CL-******* Leviton *******-EXL - Retro-Fit Lampholder for T8 to T5 Conversion does not seem reasonable (1 star).
I am a repeat customer of 1000Bulbs and they have the best selections, prices and fast order processing and shipping.
Purchased blue LEDs for starting plants and was amazed. Bulbs arrived ahead of schedule and allowed me to get the season started early. Thanks Thousand Bulbs!
Bulbs are exactly what I wanted. The description was perfect as a matter of fact I am going to reorder. Great price!
1/2 Dozen purchases so far, and all went as stated. Don't know why I need to say it in 100 characters?
This is my second purchase of these recess lights. My electrician loves them due to how easy they are to install. They look great! The cost of shipping is quite disappointing though - $16 for two lights, seems expensive.
I ordered six LED bulbs for my new dining room chandelier. They are dimmable, and I am
Really enjoying the soft, cozy light they cast over my dining table in the evening while entertaining family and friends!
I was surprised, but delighted, to discover you had included an EXTRA BULB in my order!
In Cajun country we call that a LAGNIAPPE lan'yap meaning a little something extra added by the merchant!
Thank you so much! I will buy from you again!
Wanted strings of small LED lights with a warm glow. Most other products were still to harsh even if labeled "warm white." These are perfect. Fast delivery. Easy to use.
After several purchases and excellent assistance from Paul and Katie I would strongly recommend 1000Bulbs.
These bulbs are not only economical, they're very cool and very bright. They light up the jewelry very well. Thanks, 1000Bulbs!
Everything is OK! We had to rewire the light fixtures before use. This was expected, but the led tube ready indication should have a wire diagram in the description so you can tell what type of led bulbs it is set up for.
I needed a replacement for my blacklight. Bulb worked great. I bought some extra so I could save on the shipping costs.
parts.the all have would aid they they when order the sent nd backorder of a notified me The order came when they said it would and it was all there. The campany
I was all over the web looking for this bulb and I found it very easy on this site. Didn't have to look long before I found it. And at a reasonable price. Some people would raise the price when they have the only place to buy a one of a kind bulb. But I would recommend these people to anybody. Sorry I've already installed them so I can't take a picture. But not to worry it's a great site
They sold me the wrong item, their fault and I have to pay 150.00 to return item. Horrible return policy!
I purchased over $1000 in chasing Christmas lights from 1000bulbs. These lights started failing in less than a week. I notified them immediately as to what I was seeing and as the christmas season continue more and more failures happened. I spend hours documenting the failure per string (1 of 4 color bulbs weren't working, the lights staid always on rather than chased...) I spend $180 dollar shipping back the lights for their engineering review. Here is what they said.

Good morning Patrick,
I wanted to thank you again for sending back the defective product. I got with our buyer, who has been purchasing Christmas lights for over 10 years and is very experienced. We both tested the light stringers you returned, as 45 of them to be defective at once, is very unusual. The conclusion we came to is the stringers were over powered. Because these are incandescent stringers, they have a much higher wattage. The 4 circuit you had all 45 lights on, was unfortunately not enough. Per our buyer:
3 set maximum on the same circuit. Each set represents 67 watts (3 = 201 watts). The maximum wattage on a single circuit is 216 watts.
40 plus sets = 2,680 watts. 40 sets would need 13 separate circuits.
Because there was not enough circuits, the stringers over heated and caused the chaser box to malfunction. I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. At this time, all that we can do is send them back to you if you would like to have them back. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Can you imagine they are saying they expect me to have 15 outdoor circuits to run there light. No documentation stating this.
I used 1000 bulbs a few years back, for some expensive outdoor lighting for my facility. I was contacted by a sales agent who told me to call if I needed to order again. I did last month. He got me a better price for bulk and expedited the whole process. I then called and ordered some photo cells I thought I missed ordering at first. He had those shipped same day. They get here the next day, after my guy tells me we don't need them. So I sent them right back It was easy, money was refunded right away, and my rep was so very polite. I am glad I do business with a Texas company who cares about the customer!
Do not, I repeat, do not order anything from this company if you think at all you might need to make a return. Even I never thought I'd need to return lightbulbs but I did since they didn't work. I tried 4 bulbs out of 20 and none of them worked. Figured that was a no brainer return. Not so. Called to ask how to return them and was told I could only return the ones that didn't work and would need to test them all and pay for the shipping and restocking fee for the ones that worked. I had a chandelier that needed 20 bulbs. How am I supposed to figure out how many more I need to order with a 100% failure rate to start? And, I wasn't very confident in any bulbs that might work. Are you kidding me? No joke, I had to take each bulb out and test them. 2 worked initially, then sort of fizzled and dimmed out. This took multiple emails and phone calls over a month before they would even give me info on how to return these bulbs. (By the way, other LED bulbs we ultimately purchased from a big box store all worked and are still working fine). Horrible customer service and poor backing of their quality!
$31 for what i need and $115 to ship it so i have to pay $146 for something that weights about 2 pounds. WHAT A JOKE!
Depending on the shipping method you select, such as overnight shipping, the cost can be high. Will you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you?
They sell low lumen bulbs (same wattage as other bulbs but with lower lumens) from China that are much dimmer than competing brands. Also, I don't trust the thousands of reviews on other sites giving this company 5 stars.
We list the Lumens on our products including top brands. You can select bulbs with higher Lumens from name brands if you wish.
Answer: I don't know about everything else but a T9 12" circular light bulbs delivery fee was $18. The light only cost $5. Got it at Walmart for $7.
Answer: I didn't due to an $18 shipping charge on a $5 bulb. Then they pulled my review down which only stated fact. Not a reputable business in my mind.

Good morning Heidi, we'd like to look into this and reach out directly to offer a resolution. Can you please update your review to provide the invoice number or email customerservice@1000bulbs.com to provide the email on the account? Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Update: Thank you for providing further information on your order and experience. After review of your account, I do show that we provided you with a return label to bring the bulbs back for further testing. Upon receipt and testing of the bulbs, we determined that all were in working condition. It is very possible that there was a compatibility issue between the bulbs and the application that they were being used in. As of 7/13/17 a refund was issued minus the cost of the return label as well as a restock fee. In hopes of finally resolving this matter to your satisfaction, we will be issuing a refund for the cost of the return label as well as the restock fee. We cannot issue the refund through the Walmart portal. We will have to issue a refund check. An account manager will be in touch with you directly to process the refund. Thank you!
