The price was right but i didn't like that i had to pay for shipping. You should do something about that
I ordered 12w/v10/5w bulb from google search showed bulbs, listing, and great price. So clicked on link, showed product ordered two. They shipped. I put bulb in and it blew up. Taking bulb out cut finger blood all over. Call them and the Representative says. You ordered the wrong bulbs. WHAT! I ex planned everything I wrote. He said well you can ship it back. I said do you have the bulbs I ordered. Uhh No.
Ordered a case of TCP LED tubes. Fast shipping, great pricing, Only had one bad tube out of 25. Will be buying more in the future.
Sorry that it is hard to find the wider bulb in your descriptions. Would like the bulb to fill the space
1000Bulbs website knowing and admitting with their Sales department manager pointed me to one thing but sent something different. Upon receiving the smaller package without opening it I called them to say the package was too small for what was expected.
I asked them to search the web as I did, they came up with the same, what I wanted but not what was sent. They sent me the correct item with a small discounted price.
The real problem lays with shipping and cost, the shipping cost are higher then need be.
Their admitted error still cost me, the original shipping, the return shipping, and the shipping to get the correct item.
3 days later had to get more fixtures, I went to another supplier who has never charged me shipping.
Quickly shipped, though the packaging was damaged, the bulbs were in excellent condition. The product is just what I needed.

I set lights at an art museum, and have specific, technical criteria my lights must meet. 1000bulbs.com is the only place, online or off, that carries everything i need. Their customer service is second to none; they get me quotes on the same day I request them from, and my order has always arrived within four days of placing it.
I love these light bulbs (miniature G12). Website is easy to manuever, ordering is easy and shipping is very quick.

Good prices but horrible customer service on warranty items so plan on purchasing a new product again if it fails within the warranty period. (This for SORAA light bulbs) Customer service rep said that they (1000bulbs) would handle the warranty. A week later I got an email saying it would cost $18 in S&H for the one bulb. I stated warrnt facts and included multiple links to SORAA main web page that states warranty items are a no cost replacement but they may want the old bulb returned to them at my cost, which I'm fine with. However, 1000bulbs told me to keep the old SORAA bulb and they'd ship out the new one for $18 and that the SORAA site was inaccurate. This sounded very odd to me, but since I was pressed for time I just agreed and didn't think about it again... until recently when 3 more SORAA bulbs went bad within their warranty period. But now I'm stuck trying to get ahold of SORRA for warranty replacement, but no luck after 3 emails and 2 phone calls. Maybe 1000bulbs just sold me a new bulb under the guise of s&h because they couldn't get ahold of SORRA either? But that doesn't excuse them for lieing if that's what happened. They've lost my business and I've spent thousands with them. Looks like some other company gets my business now.
Always need something special/weird you can find it here with great service! (regular bulbs too). Having been doing business with them for years - never any issues.
As always, my order came promptly and you can't beat the prices or the huge selection. They have every bulb you could ever need for any job.
Ordered 2- 15 bulb cases of 96 inch fluorescent bulbs. Price was good and they arrived on time. One case had 3 broken bulbs. Packaging is weak at the ends and no fragile markings on boxes.

Answer: I don't know about everything else but a T9 12" circular light bulbs delivery fee was $18. The light only cost $5. Got it at Walmart for $7.
Answer: I didn't due to an $18 shipping charge on a $5 bulb. Then they pulled my review down which only stated fact. Not a reputable business in my mind.
