It wasn't what I thought it was. It's way to big for my fixture. Otherwise I guess its fine. Actually I need to find out how to return this unit.

Web site difficult to use. Description led me to buy wrong bulbs. It cost more to return than they were worth. Customer service couldn't find the right bulb and did not respond to emails. I won't be using this site again and would appreciate not having my email clogged with ads.

Send me the wrong order and wouldn't help get me the right one. I was upset admittedly because I was trying to get a relatively small order of lightbulbs sent in the wrong boobs were sent. I ultimately since the whole box back and they didn't even have the bulbs I originally ordered in stock. Because I requested a refund they weren't interested in getting me the right bulbs. Good people to work with, they understood what I had being look for a long time. Order two 12 inch acrylic globes. Package arrived in good condition. Thx again for all the help.
I have used them several times in the past and generally have had no issues other than LED bulbs that burn out much faster than they are rated for. This time I ordered 24 volt tape lighting with transformers and connectors. One of the transformers came damaged and I decided to exchange them for different ones. I had to pay for the return shipping and they did not give me credit for the returned transformer.
Katie was pleasant when speaking with me about a mistaken bulb order. She was kind and helpful in getting me an RMA to return the bulb.
I needed some 72" florescent bulbs for my garage I found some on this site and looked at the picture which showed the end and the connector. I needed bulbs with a single connector, the high output bulbs looked like they had a single pin, however if you turn the bulb 90 degrees you can see it is not single pin. They said they would give my money back not shipping or return shipping which is more than the bulbs. I have added a picture from the web site and one I took

I wanted to put dark blue candlelabera lights in our front porch light to show our support for the police. But, the FIRST order wasn't what I thought I was getting... so, I went BACK to see if the RIGHT shade of blue (DARK) was available... the person I chatted with online was WONDERFUL, friendly and sharp. She immediately sent me the link to the bulb I should've gotten originally... THAT, TOO, was the wrong shade. In fact, they look green when lit. Maybe they just don't make a candelabera bulb that really IS the right shade of blue.
The LED bulbs were perfect. The extension pole with the attachment cup had to be taped to make it work.
Instructions were good. Prewired fixture so when lamp arrived, I put it in and it worked fine. Most pleased with getting rid of the Fluorescent starter blink and the ballast hum.
It Works, hurray for the light bulb. The other day I was sitting on the back porch looking out across the yard and lo and behold there it was, I just couldn't believe it, but there it was. To think I almost forgot too.
Received them and already installed all the wall packs. Tested and all working fine. Thank you for a great product and easy installation.

I replaced an old rope lighting system, incandescent, with this LED unit and am very happy with the results.
First I plugged it in to verify it worked, which it did, then unplugged it and placed it around the interior of our screened in porch. Works well and is brighter than the old one.
Happy with the result.
Bulbs were well packaged and came in quickly. The new light fixture showed beautifully with the edison bulbs.
