Products were packaged snugly and safely. All of the teachers whom exit the school building after dark commented on the extra brightness of the area and the feeling of added security they felt. I have always received excellent service.

Repeated phone calls and e-mails only answered if I wanted to confirm an order. I had questions; e.g. We're tax-exempt and she never confirmed she got my IRS letter even though I asked; she never set-up the credit for the tax that was charged, even though I asked if she could do that.

Ordered xfmr for pool light, was defective as input is 100 volts, out was supposed to be 12 volts but only registered 8 volts, replacement sent promptly, thanks 1000bulbs.

I needed some LED replacements for 36" inch fluorescent tubes. I bought some locally but they would not work wit my funky ballasts. 1000 bulbs had some 3000K self ballasted LEDs. I bypassed the OEM ballasts in the fixtures and we are now good.

I wanted some "retro bulbs" with LEDs with some decent amount of lumens. These were 800 lumans and they are dimmable.

We needed to replace 20-yo tube lights in Robern medicine cabinets. 1000 Bulbs were able to recommend the exact replacement (hard to find elsewhere) and they fit and worked perfectly. We are repeat customers and will continue to be for all our lighting needs!

I was so happy I finally found the bulb for my tart burner and its going to last along time too. Unfortunately for me I got the wrong one for my other tart burner. But its okay cause I am sure I will use them sometime down the road. Thanks
