I'm actually reviewing some reviewers complaints, my order was exactly what I wanted, because I researched all details of my purchase and looked at several sources before picking 1000Bulbs. P.s. Nobody likes a whiner. Or as I refer to them REPUBLICANS.
Considering my order is STILL on backorder, I believe that asking for a review is not in order! You are wasting my time!
I ordered some LED replacements to remove existing florescent bulbs. They were easy to install and look great. The prices were better than getting new florescent bulbs, actually half the price! You don't need a ballast so the savings is huge!
Said it was universal for extending rope lights. They were New from Home Depot the rope lights. 3 extensions from purchased from 1000bulbs 15.00 and 15.00 to ship. Not worth sending back.
I ordered several times already from 1000Bulbs. Good source to get items that are not necessarily mainstream components.
Most recently I ordered LED panels with matching mounting brackets to install them as a ceiling light on a "normal" ceiling in a residential area.
Unfortunately, the panels did not fit the brackets, even though it was indicated as a match on the website, and the sales rep confirmed (via chat). The reason was apparently miscommunication between 1000Bulbs and the manufacturer.
However, customer service was very, very good! They fixed the problem right away, figured out the problem, issued a return ticket, and shipped the new panels. I did not have to struggle.
When the new panels arrived, unfortunately one of them was damaged. Again, contacting customer service solved the problem very quickly, a replacement was shipped very quickly, and now everything is OK.
I still give 5 stars in spite of the 2 faulty shipments because of the customer service experience and the way it was resolved. I never felt as if they were not trying to fix the problem. I did not have to call them, they actually called me after I sent an email.
I also buy other places, of course, less specialized items though. If you think you might need support afterwards, then I recommend this place. I have seen too many stories about not being able to reach anybody at all for returns and/or technical questions for companies that sell through other online outlets.
The response was even more impressive given the current pandemic environment.
Packaging was great. I would definitely buy there again.

The sun blazer didn't work they gave me my money back but I wanted it replaced but they were going to charge me for the shipping I paid to send it back but they would not pay for the shipping to me I would recommend not to buy it
I ordered what seemed like a very good deal for an LED 250w equivalent light bulb. However they did not tell be that the part number they were giving me was for an industrial fixture (mogul base) and the web page did not say so either. Needless to say, I was very disappointed to discover that the bulb would not fit my fixture. I was even more disappointed to find out that the buyer must pay all return shipping for items ordered on their web site.

Product came in fast. Item description was exactly what was received. Quality is great at 2700K. Hooked them up to a Lutron Caseta and have them on a schedule at 1% brightness and they are perfect.
I am not able to go out to shop because I am in the endangered group when it comes to the Covid-19 virus. Ordering on line is perfect for me. 1000 Bulbs provided the bulbs I needed very quickly. I recommend them highly!

I ordered 4 each of the PLT F8T5/Black Light Blue in two separate orders, some 3 weeks apart. All four bulbs arrived broken internally. You can hear small parts moving inside the bulbs.
I also bought 2 each of the Hikari in one order. These were good.
As the title states I found them with my Google search for Transformers. The shipping was quick and not expensive. I will continue to purchase my lightbulbs and other items here with 1000bulbs.com
You carry bulbs that are not available elsewhere. The new LED bulbs are said to cause serious eye disease, so I choose to use traditional incandescent bulbs. Thank you for carrying them. They were packed well and your processing and delivery was fast. Thank you for being there.
I'm not sure that this was intended for this use but size and wattage fit perfectly for our lava lamps. We have 5. No matter what my lightbulb need is I can always find it here. I love this place!
1000Bulbs carries a large variety of bulbs, including some fairly obscure ones that are hard to find. More importantly, they provide a lot more info about their products than other sites, including energy and code ratings (California Title 20, etc.) as well as approved uses (damp locations, fully-enclosed fixtures, etc.). Their prices are extremely good, though the shipping charges can be a bit higher the other vendors.
