I was told my IN bulb needed a UV Ballast. 1,000 Bulbs couldn't find one my local electric supply couldn't find one so what good is the bulb. I found another UV bulb that doesn't need a ballast and has a remote to turn it off and on

Never got them said was back ordered don't know never got back to me so have no ideal what happen hope to cancel it never buy from them again

The box arrived a little worn but the contents were fine. Rewired four double lamp fixtures in the shop.
Job was simple and took about 45 minutes to do all four. Does not make a difference if the lamp holders are shunted or non-shunted for these bulbs. Would have been nice to know this in advance but no harm done.

I needed some SPT-1 cable for making light strings and couldn't find it at my regular supplier. A friend suggested 1000bulbs. I got it there, and at a better price than what I was used to paying. I'll be buying more from 1000bulbs!

I really needed a lamp to replace my old plastic Malibu lamps. These are definitely brighter and will not fog up like my old plastic lens. Very happy with these bulbs and will purchase again. Great product and helpful staff!

Bulbs shipped on time and arrived when expected. Nicely packed, but considering the cost of shipping, they should be. Every one lit when installed. Hopefully they will last as long as advertised. Depending on bulb life, I look forward to buying my next dozen from 1000Bulbs.

At this time we have not received this order. You emailed me about a shortage on one product, suggesting we changed to another bulb. The ones we ordered have a candalabra base and the suggested change was a medium base.

Well not this time, package due arrive today, before closing ( 8/17/), no delivery. Multiple calls, until you closed, package is somewhere between Merion and Bridgeport. 1000Bulbs had bulbs in stock that no one else had! I tried everywhere to find bulbs for our kitchen undercounter that were unavailable everywhere. So happy!

After looking online for replacement bulbs for our church I noticed the website said "for expert help call", so I did, and they were. The representative was so friendly and knowledgeable that it made the order easy and painless.
