My dog was diagnosed with acute kidney failure 3 months ago and has been on Homeoanimal's kidney remedies for the last 6 weeks. I believe he has been helped by their protocol given twice daily as I've seen a remarkable change in his interest in play and improved appetite. The remedies are much easier to administer than the herbal tonics we began with. I would caution customers to label bottles with non-erasable labels since the lettering on the spray bottles rubs off easily. I have found their customer service to be excellent, impressed by the repeat communication they initiate. I will definitely be purchasing again from them.
Ordered undescended testicle bottle and gave one squirt to my 10 week old toy poodle and had to rush him to emergency for lack of eating after the spray in the mouth. He almost died from sugar shock and they tried to sell me something else. What a rip off. Never again will I order from them.

Our 9 month old kitten has been very lethargic for four months, sleeping almost 24 hours a day. He has a lot of things going on but was recently diagnosed with low iron and non-regenerative anemia. Within 24 hours of starting the anemia spray and supporting tonic pills, he began lifting his head, opening his eyes and moving his ears towards sounds, behavior we haven't seen in 4 months. The next day he began taking small walks. And even though we need to syringe feed for now, he showed interest in eating a little food on his own. I paid for expedited shipping…. The ship time on the website was ultimately correct however the confirmations were incorrect and added a week on to the delivery date so I was disappointed I had paid to expedite, when I messaged customer service they just said sorry your disappointed, then their "out for delivery email" that was sent on 8/19 said I'd receive my shipment on 8/25 so I tracked it and the website also said 8/25…copy and pasted shipment number into DHL and that gave me the correct date of 8/19

Update: The shipping takes a bit too long if you are looking for urgent relief, as I was for my dog's UTI. We are happy to have this on hand for the next flare up! Will update my product review at that time, once I've had a chance to use it.

Love the products. They have really helped my dog's teeth! My dog is 12 years old and his teeth were in bad condition as was his breath. The vet wanted to put him under and extract his teeth. The gum and tartar control sprays have helped a lot. His teeth are whiter and breath much improved. The pills are more difficult to evaluate but I think they must work with the rest of the products.

I'm not happy with this company. If you're not satisfied about something, they just stop talking to you. You get no further response. They are not willing to help you. If you're actually going to buy something, be sure to talk to someone about your animals issues so you get the right remedy. If you want to return anything they will charge you a $12 return fee and you have to pay the return shipping. With them being in Canada, it's international shipping, which is expensive. Plus, their products are ridiculously expensive for what you get. Just all around not worth it to work with this company. I decided not to return anything cause of the amount of money I would lose out on. This company doesn't know how to work with people. Their satisfaction guarantee is bullsh*t.

My dog has many issues that couldn't be actually "healed" by western medicine, only the symptoms could be treated. Specifically, a pancreas issues, gastro issues, acid reflux and even urine protein that was elevated in a chronic way. I had several question and never got any answers but instead I got the run around. When the product did not work and customer service knew I had discarded the bottles and specifically said they would honor the warranty the company refused to give me a refund. Not professional.
This is my second time ordering from Homeoanimal. I order items for my sheep. So far I haven't seen any clear results from using the parasite remedy on my sheep. It's only been two days of using it but I am hoping it works because I want to avoid pharmaceuticals.

I've been spraying Zumalka on my 3 kitties wet food twice a day and they haven't even noticed. This is the first time I've ever been able to get them to eat any meal with something added to it. I'll confess, I did taste it myself first and it's completely tasteless.
