Zoara

I got a wedding set from Zoara about a month ago. I cannot name a single fault with their service, which was much better than any other online jewelry seller that I visited. Their information was always on the spot, courteous and they never pushed me to get something that I didn't want to get.

In fact, the guy I spoke to at Zoara gave me some tips to save some money on the buy, and it ended up saving me $600! Not at all what I expected, especially since everywhere you go people try to upsell you.

And maybe most importantly, the quality and appearance of the wedding set was outstanding and really blew me away. Even though Zoara gave me a free appraisal, I had done locally and I was told that my ring was worth almost double than what I paid for it.

I highly recommend this company. They simply are the best!

After ordering some earrings, was told they were not available. The customer service I received in response to this order was very poor - generally very rude unresponsive people on the online chat function, and zero response from email. I ended up having to cancel my order (although I notice that the website STILL says that the product is available - beware). I then had to ask for my order to be cancelled twice as they did not do anything after the first attempt. It now turns out that they have refunded me the price of the earrings but not that 20%+ taxes that they charged me on top! So far, no response from the company except to say that I have been passed onto the billing. I am not hopeful... Stay far far away from this company.

After searching the internet for several months, I finally found the perfect setting for my very special diamond at Zoara. The customer service was the best. Prior to my purchase they answered many emails from me asking very detailed questions. Every time I called them, I was able to speak to a representative. They really worked with me and went above and beyond to make me happy! I received my ring super fast and the price was half of what everyone else quoted me! I am very happy with my purchase!

I wasn't expecting something big for my 35th birthday but my hubby surprised me with a stunning pearl necklace. It goes beautifully with everything I wear and I get compliments all the time. My husband has been raving to everyone how the whole process was efficient and hassle free.

I came to Zoara looking for a custom engagement ring with a round center and two pear side diamonds. I couldn't find what I was looking for on their site and was just about to give up but I decided to call them on their 24/7 chat and they answered right away.

I honestly couldn't believe how helpful David was in helping me right away with my request. He drew up a quote in 3 minutes and even had their designer make a 3D video of it for me ( they do take a $100 deposit for that but it's in the form of store credit so all's good).

The ring was beautifully designed despite my last minute requests for changes. I must commend the patience of the customer service team who happily took my changes in stride even though they were after the ring was done.

I would be glad to recommend anybody to Zoara at any time, I proposed on vacation in Europe now and the lady is more than thrilled (-:

Amazing and speedy customer service! They were so devoted to get my engagement ring on time during the holiday season! It came in the perfect timing and now I am so ready to propose. The diamond looks phenomenal as well as the setting. I could not find a ring this pretty in stores, as not to mention, the best prices I could find on GIA diamonds. I will be telling all my friends about this company! They truly are amazing and so helpful! I did my homework on them, and the hours paid off to make me the happiest guy in the world! I can't wait to order my wedding band through them!

I learned a lot about the ways in which diamonds are graded and what all of those letters and number mean.
I got exactly what I was looking for, in beautiful 18k white gold. They are the perfect gift to myself for finishing my masters!
I will without a doubt be back here at some point in the near future.

I really think that the Zoara online jewelry store is not only well built, but it also has great products and provides customers with fantastic service. I was amazed that just while I was shopping online, a little bubble popped up from one of the customer service reps asking me if I needed help. I started asking questions about certain products, and dan was very helpful. He gave me information about the diamonds, metals and styles of the rings I thought I might want to buy. In the end I purchased a simple men's wedding band- comfort fit- and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. I couldn't believe it, but I also got a call from dan right after the ring arrived: he just wanted to make sure I received everything on time, and that everything was in order! I was very impressed and very happy with my experience at Zoara.com.

My husband and i ordered our wedding bands off Zoara and we had so much help from the team, it was so quick and easy. We would recommend this company to anyone. We saved so much money getting our bands from them, I worked out that we would have spent about $500 more if we had of gone to our local jeweler in town. The rings were a perfect fit as they have these convenient sizing charts so u can get it right the first time. Well done Zoara! - Adele :)
